Anyone working in the mall that sells underwear. Lol. They will know how is the sales figure like. E.g. How many younger or older generation buy underwear. Thought from there can tell the trend.

Can also happen if you need to pee and have to hold it until finding a toilet, then the dick erects. Actually, I don't know why this is the case biologically. But it happens.
