Used to rent a place with landlord living in. No sexy story, sorry if you hope to read about that. He's a banker, super OCD, live in an old EC HDB, very stingy person and thick skin himself. He also very proud of himself that his home was featured in Straits Times.

 

Usually I do my laundry when he's away on business trip, so I don't have to see him nagging.

When your lease contract ended and before you left, you should choke his water pipes and toilet bowls ..... and let the taps running.
