i can't run in the rain. i'll just die from hypothermia (hyperbole here don't attack pls :x) but i recently tried running topless a couple of times, it sure makes it more comfortable to run. but, i have to do it late like after 10? once i ran from punggol park pcn to the punggol marina and back, at around 8ish where there are people cycling and taking walks, i received a lot of unfriendly stares. maybe i'm not buff enough (just slim) and i shld've kept my shirt on... i dunno la. but now i just run much later if i'm not working the next day and if someone saw it and didn't like it, too bad la! haha

I don't think those people would have been much friendlier if you had a fantastic physique - they're probably just not open-minded about such things. =/

How u know they are staring at u unfriendly? I assume the road wasnt brighly lit, maybe u think too much? I think if u really not confident enough to run topless where there are many pple ard or crowded places, and u only run during "off peak" hrs where not many pple ard, but along the way u will sure bump into some pple lah. Just ignore them will do.

Pandan reservoir has quite a number of topless joggers. I'd always see at least a few every time I go there. Plus if its Saturday morning (maybe Sunday morning too, not sure about weekdays) got topless canoe polo guys (very hot bods) at the corner. Very shirtless friendly jogging route + good tan if its sunny.

Agreed, pandan reservoir indeed a very shirtless friendly jogging place, also wonder how come can find guys jogging there topless, regardless bod nice or not. But if u run on a sunny day, it might gets too hot along the route, although very gd chance for a tan.

Try your best, train hard. Have confident, your body will improve gradually, though it may not be perfect. Don't compare.

Those with good bod today, may not mean that they will continue to have good bod in future. Especially if they age, start working, settle down. Requires time, effort, and good genes to maintain.

Everyone has the right to run topless at the right place.

I do know of some 'atas', snobbish guys with good bod and handsome face, but they are still in the misconception that youthfulness is still with them for long. If only things can last ......

If there was no lightning, you should have continued running, not in the park, but maybe back home. It would have kept you warm until you reached home to change.

Never run before topless... lol normally I wear FBT Singlet with army shorts or Sundown Singlet with army shorts lol... a few times when I run a long distance, felt like taking out coz too wet but I guess not till I have nice chest =)

I think still depends on ur reason of going topless while u run. If u r topless becos of ur bod, then if u do no have nice bod, surely u wld not take off. But if u topless becos u feel uncomfortable wearing ur top or a habit, then whether u have nice bod or not, don think u will be bother and still go topless.

I met up with decent_guy again several days back.. this time I met him wearing jeans and shirtless, he was wearing running shorts.. it was about 2am, we went to a shop & save somewhere in bedok.. what an experience! We need to have more shirtless people around

I thought u shld have get used to running topless since u picked up tis habit in army?! I have one army friend, he always default run topless in army, whether alone or with whole platoon. I try to alternate running in day and night. Daytime allows me to have a nice tan running topless but night time it is more breezy and cooling
