Actually sandflies will follow u even u r running, so not very gd to run near sand area or water area in the late evening, when all the sandflies appear! Only mosquitoes wld not pose a problem when u r running.

Running topless indeed is no big deal if u have a not bad bod. Or better still toned fit bod. But i have noticed tht the running route tht i run, if i run during the day, i might spotted maybe one guy running topless. But when i run during the late evening and night, it is the peak where i can see many pple running, but i didnt spot even one guy running topless? Wonder wht's the reason?

Anyway, seems like i have got used to run either in tank top or topless liao. Cannot run wearing a t-shirt, the other day was running wearing t-shirt, i feel so hot and nearly "drown" in my own sweat in my wet t-shirt!

To go shirtless on mrt which is crowded maybe a bit too much. Actually today I ran shitless a long distance n on my way back I felt like taking a bus as e journey was long. But I didn't in e end. I think the only place a guy can go comfortably shirtless is in an army camp. Everytime during reservist when we check in our bunks most guys will simply strip off their no4 shirts as it's too warm to wear it.

And also if u stay in at night, u can see some people jog shirtless along the running tracks in the camp.

I'm one of those who go went shirtless doing my workouts at the stadium premise and walked back to my bunk shirtless during my reservist and not felt uncomfortable about it as it's after all an all-male environment.

I think back in the early 90s, going to coffeshop topless shld be quite common sight. I rem back then my neighbour who was in upper sec, always like to topless whenever he went to the nearby coffeeshop to buy food. Also tend to see other guys topless in the vicnity back then.

Actually whether i am running topless or not, still sweat the same. Makes not much diffference in easier to sweat or not. But if wearing something when running, when i sweat i wld feel uncomfortable, esp if the material of the t-shirt is no gd in absorbing sweat.

Run topless somehow feel lighter and more comfort, since i dun feel my wet t-shirt weigh on my body, also feel cooler. Performance not much difference la, during army 2.4 run also run with t-shirt on and yet still didnt affect my timing.
