Not really also, some guys wear a shirt to the jogging area but take off the shirt to start their run, and wear it back after completed the run.

Some pple run topless cld be they perfer to be topless and not show off. But some pple who run topless cld be showing off their nice bod. Still depends individually. I see some guys bod quite toned fit and yet they run with a shirt on.

Here's another reason why one may wish to run topless:

 

I was doing my early morning run last weekend. As I started off before 6am, I would wear something brighter (lighter shade of blue) and I happened to be wearing it as an entire set (singlet and shorts).

 

I did a 16km run; from my estate to bedok reservoir and back to my estate. By the time I am finishing, it's already past 7am and there are more people at the bus stop. And it happened that when I ran past the bus stop, this guy looked at me from head to my shorts and stopped. I didn't bother and carried on running till I reached my estate.

 

And I realised, because I wore my singlet (now totally drenched and stick on my body), the sweat created a patch, all the way covering my crotch area! The shorts has also stick onto me, forming a bulge...

 

Running topless will probably doesn't allow as much sweat to "clinched" onto your body. But well, all my shorts (except for the blue one) are black. Lol

Actually if u run topless, ur shorts confirmed will be drenched with sweat n cld create a patch at ur crouch area, esp if u r those who sweat a lot. If ur shorts is light colour, the sweat patch will be very obvious, thts y some pple wld wear black colour shorts, even ur whole shorts soaked with sweat also not obvious.

Aiyo, i mean much more easier. But if u r those who sweat a lot, really still can drenched the shorts topless or not topless. As for me, since i dun sweat a lot a lot, so if i do not go topless, shorts wld not be too wet, cos shirt already absorbed.

Eh..that depends. Because when one is topless, the wind kind of helps to dry the sweat (much) faster than wearing a singlet / t-shirt.

Of course, must depend on the weather.

Do agree weather plays a part. But some pple cld be default easy to sweat n sweat very easily. Even the person is running topless at night when it is cooling, he might sweat until underwear is soaked wet. Haha.

Anyway, if the weather is windy, whether topless or not, it will surely helps to dry the sweat faster.

I used to think running topless was a bit showy

 

But recently I changed my mind.

 

For the past 3 weeks, I have been running 3 x a week  before dawn on a 12km route for an hour or so.

 

But after a detox, and given tips on how to burn fat and rid of excess water by using organic stuff  and understanding how your body function with the five elements by a Thai fitness instructor ( fire water earth wind metal) I now really can feel my body is overheated and perspire very profusely, that the amount of perspiration is unbelievable. 

I am comfortable running with my tank top on, but when the heat becomes very unbearable and so is the perspiration, then only do I take off my top

 

When you run topless, and when motorist or passerby gives you that look, you will know that you are progressing towards your target aim

 

Thus I will take it as a compliment, and I know I am on the right track.

Saw three topless jogger this monday evening when I jog at hg stadium.  One is a tall fit guy who can take anyone's breadth away.  But he has gf alr.  

 

The other one is quite slim too but shorter.  The last one has a tummy though.

 

Seems like rainy weather is another gd reason to jog topless.  haha.  Normally boys like to play in the rain topless too.

Stocky and fat guys pecs not only bounce up and down when they run. It's saggy that it can bounce in all direction.

Spotted a guy entered his condo compound after jogging outside a few days ago. He then took off his singlet and walked to the condo fitness corner which was quite a distance from the main entrance. He did many pull ups, sit ups, etc bare bodied. He rested between sets. Nice, fit and confident young dude. After a long time, then he walked to his condo blk from the fitness corner which was some distance away. Nice athletic fit bod. Eye candy !!!
