I live nearby JLG and jog there sometimes. Quite a few people do jog there topless!

 

There’s a new skate park and parkour park too and quite often there are people skateboarding and doing parkour topless also, and many of them are quite fit with abs and sweaty. Quite hot!

 

Quite a nice cafe there too and they also sell skateboards and you can ask the staff to try the skateboards. I did and one of the staff helped stop me from breaking my fragile bones! It’s really difficult but the staff working that day was quite cute and I was holding on to him for dear life! If you have a sense of adventure can try too. Wish I was young and brave.

Today at around 6.30pm saw one guy running topless along the main road at moulmein road towards Lavender St, he was hot with sweat and nice toned body. What an eye candy.

When you run shirtless do you also put sun block? Recently I read about the risk of skin cancer and sun exposure and have started to wonder whether to take precautions. Except that this means can no longer run and tan at the same time

Haha! Good point. For me, I either run at night or if it's in the afternoon, I will run at second last floor of the MSCP near my place. 

 

If it's at night, the world is my oyster. I can run topless literally EVERYWHERE! 🤣🤣🤣

It is good to put sun block if run topless under the hot sun, protect your skin is important. Even though i am lazy to put sun block, and i also cannot reach my back to put the sun block.

Macritchie reservoir, Bedok reservoir, all the park connectors all have topless guys running. If you need people to run topless with you come look for me. Several of my friends go topless running as well.

The thing is, I felt very self-conscious the first few times. But after awhile, it becomes second nature. It's all about getting used to. Until it becomes a habit.

I did not go from 90kg to 63kg to not show off. I have done my part to stay healthy (and certain aesthetics come with it). I deserve to display what I have painstakingly earned. ✌️😜

Persuaded my fit collegue to sign up for half marathon. He is more of a gym person as can be seen from his strong chest & arms which look like going to burst out of his very tight office shirt & does not run often. This morning, we had our first training session. I told him weather hot better to take off his singlet & run shirtless. We were at Marina Bay Area. He say can meh, the area so crowded. I told him Marina Bay a lot of people run shirtless so ok. And since we are going to run long distance in hot weather, his singlet is going to be soaked and heavy & slow him down. I proceeded to take off my shirt and leave it in my car. Seeing me take off my shirt, he also took his off and left it in my car. Kind of figured he has a hot bod from what I see fr the tight office shirts but wow, when he took it off, I was still stunned by his 6 pack and firm pecs with cute small nipples. We then proceeded to run around the busy Marina Bay and gardens by the Bay Area. At the end of the run, his body looked even more amazing with sweat dripping all over making his body glister. We than cool down for a good 5 to 10 mins shirtless before we put our shirts back on and headed off in my car. Asked him if he felt he run better shirtless. He said yes and next time he will confirm run shirtless. Looking forward to our next run.

Haha. Not going to post. My colleague doesn’t know my orientation or intentions. As far as he is concerned, we are training for our half marathon & train shirtless cause sticky singlet not comfy, that is all to it 🤣

Of cos u shouldn't, else it may jeopardise ur good relationship with him ya. I reckoned you should be on quite good terms with him for u to suggest training shirtless together, and for him to go topless to run with you.  Takes abit of courage to do that initially ya, especially with someone u r good with. 

 

Since hrs a gymmer, does he shave his pits?  I find hairless pits hot on fit guys like ur colleague.  Haha.

We are friendly collegues. Haha. I always run topless. For him, probably should not be his first time. Think he last time fr commando or guards so they most likely spend a lot of time training shirtless 😁 He asked probably cause it is a new location for him. Usually, with fit bods like that, won’t be big deal for them taking shirt off.  His chest and body is smooth and hairless. Didn’t get to see his pits. Maybe the next time we will need to do some stretching exercises that requires raising of the arms. Or find a pull up bar for him so I can check his pits out while he is hanging ….lol

If a guy has a fit bod, he should flaunt it by going topless when running lah. Anyway, you prefer his pits to be bushy or hairless.

Was driving on the road early this morning around 6am. Spotted one hot shirtless guy along Holland rd and another hot shirtless guy along Bukit Timah rd a few minutes later. Both were young guys with lean hot bods and both were not carrying any shirts in hand so must have left home shirtless. Not many cars in early morning so I could slow down to check them out..lol. Guess that is best way to start National Day with shirtless run out of your house in the early morning.

You should. I find it very comfortable. Have been doing it since my school days and continue to do so till today.

I run in the punggol area. Mornings I usually wake up around 0430 and out to run by 0445. Do my run and calisthenics and back before 0600.

 

Noon runs I usually stay a little longer. Go around 1200 and finish by 1330. It can get really hot 🔥. So put sunscreen. 😁

 I disagree with this statement. Not all of us can have fitness model body. Most of us were fit in school days and ns days. Some of us can maintain but others cannot because of busy life and commitments.

 

Still we should try our best to eat well and exercise not just to have hot body but for our overall health.

 

I have been running for many years so I have seen guys with all body types. Not every guy who runs topless looks like a athlete or model. 

 

I used to be lean n muscular during my 20s from my sports and NS days. But long time I cant look the same. Got thicker and bigger naturally. So needed to change up the exercise routine.

 

I do weight training and calisthenics a lot so I'm more on muscular bulkier side. Not as lean with visible abs but core still strong. And I still get compliments on my body even though I'm almost 40.

 

SG is damn hot. It's more practical to exercise shirtless on a hot day. Even early morning and late night without sun can still get humid and get very sweaty. So best is to go shirtless.

 

At the end of day, we must be confident of ourself and believe we can transform our body. Its not about getting a body like someone else but getting the best body that you can get with your effort.
