This morning I was so lucky. Was at Marina Bay Area and a group of about 5 shirtless guys ran pass me. All looked like they are in their early 20s and all were muscular & fit with sweat dripping down their muscular bouncing chests and 6 pack. I nearly fainted 😜

Agree.  Group of army guys running topless outside their camp in the public view is a super turn on. Especially for the units which are known to be physically fitter.

When I was in army, i usually would make my platoon go shirtless during our runs and outdoor training. No one is allowed to be shy in my platoon. 😁

At first they can be quite awkward but after a while it becomes normal for them. So even when I forgot they would remind me. Haha.

However do occasionally see cars driving by and some even catcall at you. You just smile and continue to run even if it may be a little embarrassing.

Good that you made your men go shirtless. 👍 You should have taken the whole platoon outside the camp to run with their shirts off. Give them confidence to go shirtless in public…haha. Any, now for BMT they train shirtless but when go unit will wear shirts which is quite silly. Should make them train shirtless all the way. Save washing a lot of clothes. But good that some of the guys pick up the shirtless habit fr bmt and can see them running around parks shirtless

Personal experience wise I have done that a few times and it was both exhilarating and empowering with a tinge of nervousness with stares coming from onlookers lol. 

 

From a viewer's perspective it's a turn on seeing nice/huge pecs bouncing while people are running.

During my army days, my platoon never go shirtless during runs and PT training, but i see others platoon many guys are shirtless. So i never experience being shirtless in army. But good for me also since i do not have nice bod, body too skinny.

Should make it compulsory that army boy must be shirtless for run & physical exercise. That is the time for most of them where their bodies will be in the best shape. When they go shirtless & know other people are admiring their hot sexy half naked bods, it will give them more motivation to work out & stay in shape for life so they can continue go shirtless & show off their hot bods. My dream is they make it compulsory for the boys to run shirtless in army half marathon. Then everyone can see 😜

Yes it can be a little awkward at first but after a few times it becomes second nature. To be honest, I have never really gotten a negative reaction when I jogged shirtless. Most of the times it was always approving nods and smiles from other joggers some of whom are shirtless as well. 

And yes once we stop caring about what others think you naturally become more confident in your own skin.

During my time in bmt in the late 2000s, it was up to the PC or Sgts to let us go shirtless during pt. I remember the commanders saying it was a privilege not a right. Dunno how the situation is now. 

Tbh there were more shirtless pt during command school than bmt. Even a few supervised shirtless gym sessions as well.

I guess it was from there that my interest for being shirtless during exercise grew which I implemented to my soldiers when I was posted in my unit.

Yes. It is really exhilarating and empowering. There is the feeling of masculinity that cannot be really compared to anything else. Stares have never been negative from what I have encountered.

Besides you are in impeccable shape. Anyone who saw you shirtless in rl would be in awe. You should go shirtless more and fulfil your fan service quota. 😜

 

I went for an early morning run a few days ago. Around 5am. Left the house shirtless and had almost finished 5k. Was walking in the path when I saw two teenage Malay boys on their skateboards taking a break on the bench. 

One was shirtless with his shirt slung on his shoulder while the other was in a singlet.

They were talking in Malay. Didn't understand much. But as I walked pass, one exclaimed 'sial la' while the other said 'abang sadong'.

No idea what they meant but from the tone didn't seem negative. 😊

I think the best time for sg guys to shape up is army. Especially when you're stay in. There are always times in the morning and night as well as pockets of time in the day. Instead of spending all your time on the phone, it's good to lift some weights and train up those muscles.

Men just look better with some muscle on them. And in places where there are lot of men there is bound to be competition. If one guy has muscles and a six pack, others want to look like him. They will train and watch their diet. This kind of thing is infectious and it's a good thing.

Best place to also go shirtless is army camps as it's mostly just guys. Guys naturally are shy to be shirtless in front of girls but with guys it's not that big a deal. And it's an environment where everyone can encourage one another.

I remember that my older cousins and uncles and father used to say that before you could do ippt topless. Most of the time the ippt training as well as the tests would be done shirtless. Even drills was done topless in pants and boots. But by the time I enlisted it was a shirt on policy for everything. Wonder what made things change.

Yes it is. But when do sispec, ocs or unit, they have to wear singlet. Should make it compulsory to exercise topless all the way

Think people who are offended by shirtless guys are a minority. I dun have 6 pack but have a lean runners body as I run long distance and marathons & always run shirtless else I will be drenched in a sweaty singlet. This week, I decided to join a running group at Raffles Place after work for the first time. I don my usual attire which was shorts & no shirt. There were about 20 over runners of both genders in the group all of who were strangers I am meeting for the first time. I was the only guy shirtless but no one seems to mind. Some of the guys & gals did some friendly teasing but reactions were positive. And had no problems running shirtless for the entire run which took us from Raffles Place, Fullerton, gardens by the Bay and back to Raffles Place.

I wonder why people get offended by shirtless guys running if that guy has a nice and toned bod. I think people might get offended by shirtless guy only if that person does not have a nice bod and yet still want to run topless.

Weather has been terribly hot this wkend. But the good thing is more guys are exercising shirtless outdoors. Was just driving around this morning to & fro fr the supermarket & saw 3 guys running shirtless along the main road. But what was out of the ordinary was seeing a shirtless Ang Moh guy who just completed his run come into the supermarket to buy a drink. His muscular bod was dripping with sweat and shorts drenched and look like going to fall off 🤣 I think I must have stared too hard at his hotbod as he glared back at me while leaving the supermarket. Have seen shirtless guys in 7-11 buying drinks after their exercise where they never bring any shirt so got nothing to put on, but first time see this in big supermarket 🤣

Ang moh always quite comfortable to be shirtless in public places, you see when any moh is running, high chance they will be shirtless.

 

Nowadays super hot weather really can see more guys running topless, whether day or night. Just now at 8 pm plus saw one fit toned guy running topless along west coast park. Super eye candy.

Topless jog has been around for a long time especially along beaches and parks. Even along Marina waterfront area now, I see more topless runners than 2-3years ago.

Yup. Number of topless runners are increasing. I am one of them. Haha. Think I counted at least 20 other guys who were topless as I did my run yesterday. Was quite a sight as majority had muscular or lean bods with quite a lot with 6 pack. When guys see other guys topless, they will also feel the urge to take their tops off. When I drive to various parks to run, I never bring exercise tops so have no choice but to go topless. Will take my shirt off and leave in my car. Sometimes at carpark, people will stare as I do my mini strip show….haha

I go different park every week. See different scenery & different hotbods. Lol

i have seen many topless runners running with just compression tights, from the butt can tell there is no brief as if there is there will be lines. so effectively these runners are out in the public with just a thicker underwear.
