I think he has tatts on his arms too. I heard he is from 42 SAR, Serval Coy. Seen him around in his No.4s too, and since he has his jungle hat clipped to his belt loop, he must be from the Scouts platoon. Does anyone from SGC know this guy? Care to share more about him?
