BlackberryT
To those who are having (or still having) sleepless nights, don't feel alone. I am a survivor of insomnia 2 years ago but unfortunately it came back recently. E.g. i will either fall in and out of sleep from 12am to 6am and having to head to work the following day or I just couldn't sleep at all. The last time it happened 2 years ago, I didn't know what to do but some signs told me it was the job. I resigned and my insomnia went away immediately. As you age, insomnia somehow feels more unbearable. I am battling it and hopefully those who are going through it as well, please don't feel alone 🙏🏻 Quote Cinderella is a good example of how shoes can change your life

Guest Guest
Definitely due to work stress. I can sleep quite well on Fri and Sat nights. Cause no need to work on Sat and Sun. The rest of the nights will have difficulties sleeping, especially Sun night. Guess I really need to find a new job too.

Agreed, if next day no need to work, i have lower chance of having difficulties sleeping. Even though sometimes i might also have problem sleeping on fri and sat. I think it is stress or anxiety that give me difficulties sleeping. But i do not know where my stress and anxiety come from.
btm_dude
I have a habit of imagining myself in sex fantasies to get myself to sleep. If I dun do this I will take at least half an hour to fall asleep, unless I’m freaking tired. Anyone here has this same weird habit before and gotten rid of it? He thought I'm asleep. But I'm still awake. And he will hug me and I can smell the sweet sickly sex smell from him.. Guest Sleep
I saved some of the handsome SG politicians photos and jerked off every night until I fell asleep. robin
I just realised that when I face the laptop screen for a prolong period of them, I will suffer from insomnia for that night. That’s probably one of the side effects from the UV rays emitting from it. So moving on, I will avoid or minimize that in the evening. If you are really stressful and cannot sleep well, maybe you can go see a GP and get some low dosage of anti-depressant med, it should help you to reduce your stress, sleep better and yet not addicted. Cause few months ago i was also very stress at work and i took some anti-depressant and it helps.

Andrew240577
https://www.myinvity.com/ Try the calm product. It work for me. For my case. It must be drink at least an hour or earlier before i go to bed. I try 1 min before i go to bed. The effect do not kick in so fast. I do sleep well drinking every night from sunday to thurday because i work from monday to friday. The only bad thing i feel about the product is. If i do not sleep 8 hours or above after drinking. I will feel very tired during work but my mind still can remember thing very well even though i am tiring. If i insomia and sleep less without drinking calm product. I will feel tiring at work and i will be forgetful due to lack of sleepiness. I still remember it happen when i working. I place the production i done on the table. Then my supervisor ask me do i put the instruction inside. I cannot remember. Cause by lack of sleepiness. It do not happen again after i drink this product for a month. Even i feel tired because i only sleep 6 to 7 hours during work. I still remember what i have done during work. Usually product i recommanded might work on me and some other peoples but not everyone. I just suggest it. Seem it work on me.

If only get to sleep 1 hr a day and affecting you going to work is serious. I remember there was one period i also got insomnia on and off for about 2 weeks, always woke up between 2am to 3am and then difficult to fall asleep again, quite torturing as it is affecting my health and work.
