Helix87 Posted December 28, 2015 Report Share Posted December 28, 2015 (edited) Is it generally safe to walk around Penang at night, say compared to KL or JB?Well..looking back the years..Penang island is safer compare mainland.There are police patrol around during night time.There are more and more CCTV in the street.My best advise is..always be cautious during walking around.In Penang which is a casual style city..wear simple is more relaxing.No worry and enjoy yr trip here.
