I am happy to read that you had an interesting encounter in U2.

 

Very often, people in saunas are too hesitant or shy to initiate contact.  Someone has to start something in order to elicit a reaction - it may be positive or negative, but at least effort was made and the result was known. 

 

Patrons pay money to enter a men's sauna, and I am sure they paid money to enter hoping for something, perhaps an encounter or two.  I am certain they did not spend that money to spend time in a men's sauna to look at the tiles on the wall.  So it is just a matter of whether that person is interested in you or not - and you will soon find out after initiating contact.  If the result was negative, at least you know your time is better spent on another patron.

Sat and Sunday both also ok, depending on luck. But usually Sunday more people. They open after 2pm. But it only gets packed afer 3pm. The crowd generally leaves at 6pm. So it's only a 3hour window...

Depends, if you like underwear theme then go Saturday. If just normal then go Sunday.
