Provided you do not engage in any other risky encounters during this window period of 6 months. Otherwise you would have to wait 6 months to test for this other encounter, if any.

The encounter you described is considered very low risk. HIV virus does not survive long outside the body. Mutual masturbation is very low risk. No cause for alarm. But go test yourself if you are really bothered by it.
