The body masseur you used is a 美容师. They wear maroon color long sleeve shirts. They only do body massage and not foot massage. Their charges are higher than the foot masseurs. Their numbers start with 8xxx while male foot masseurs starts with 9xx. My experience with them is that most of them do not do proper massage and are more keen to jerk you off for the tips which they can be pretty demanding with. Next time do review the foot masseurs photo on the computer before deciding if you want to use a foot masseur for body massage or 美容师 for body massage.

I am not sure what you meant by "part-time". All the masseurs are technically not staff of xjmz. They are all self employed but have to follow xjmz's policies to "operate" in the shop. Such policies included working specific shift so that there will always be masseur on duty at any one time. If the masseur you need is off duty, you can ask the attendant to call him to check if he is willing to come back to do OT. Many of them will be willing as it is additional income. As the masseur are not staff, they do not get fixed salary. For the money paid to the company for massage, they get a few dollars per hour. As it is so low, they do need tips for their income. I believe this system is same for most massage shops in Shenzhen, not just xjmz.

 

So who are your favourite sifu that provide such good services?

I will be making my first trip to SZ next month (will be sneaking over while my str8 friends go Disneyland). I like to be massage by man above 50yo. From reading the thread, seems like there isn't much 50+yo masseurs in SZ ( i prefer not to use MB services).  

 

I would like to make a trip to XJMZ as I read a lot of good reviews with Mei Shifu scrubbing. I supposed he does not do oil massage so is there the minimum hour of services that I must do, for me to enjoy the body scrub? Read from here that 919, 972 are mature ( i guess 40+, "TCM" masseur), but this was from a post 3 or 4 years ago, no sure if it is still valid. 

 

Is the contact number correct, as I would like to call XJMZ before heading down to make sure Mei shifu is working on the day that i am there?

are they open during weekdays mid-afternoon?

try 997, I think he is in his 40s. There's also 925 who might be late 40s, but there's no hanky panky with him. Yes, photos can be viewed on 2nd and 4th floors. Take shuttle bus from car park at immigration building. C-16 is their car park lot or just ask the attendants at the car park. If you are taking taxi, tell the driver to take you to 罗湖一号 which is a famous landmark in front of the building with xjmz.

 

广益子 use to have matured TCM masseurs but I have not been there a few years so not sure what is available there now.

 

Unable to comment on the saunas in SZ. In HK, if you prefer older men, try Galaxy (in TST) and KK (in Jordan) saunas.

I was in sz last month and visit this xjmz spa. Taking C16 bus after the immigration building ( as per guideline from fortysumthing ).

After reach there, go to second level for shower and the foot lounge area is at same floor. After sitting the manager come to me and asked if I wanted oil massage. I said i will do foot first. But later he come again and recommend lady masseur for oil. Then to kick him away i said prefer a male masseur. Then after that one skinny masseur in pink or maroon color long sleeves approach me. Since he is not my type I said again I will do foot first. A foot masseur come by rotation. Average build. Looking ok but thr hair style does not suit his face. I asked if he can do massage and he said yes. While doing foot for me, the long sleeve masseur come back to me again and kind of persistence in offering his service. Then I told him that I have selected masseur, which is the foot masseur. With this, he never come back again.

Foot massage is strong and after that session he give me paper to sign with the fee indicated. I checked 30rmb for him. I forget his number but seems 9XX.

then he lead me to 4th floor for massage. I have opted chinese massage with additional 20rmb if i am not wrong for oil.

The massage was hard and strong. In conversation with this masseur, he said we moved to xjmz because his previous company change owner. He is married with wife and daughter in hometown.

I tried to touch him during massage but he put my hands off. But after a while he do front for me and put oil on my body. He touch near groin area until I get hard. I try to touch again and this time he is OK. He asked if I need to be released, i said yes. But then he said minimum tip is 200rmb. Immediately my mood drop hearing this and I said no need then... he proceed with massage but not touching area anymore and just end the time by massage the leg. After massage just sign 80rmb for him for 2 hours. He seems not happy and just left.

Then go down for shower and no happy at all.

To those who prefer not to meet black face masseurs if they do not get the desired tips, I would recommend 981, 901, 977, 902, 970, 952. I am sure there are other equally friendly masseurs if fellow BW visitors care to share.

 

I won't guarantee that they will help you with your happy needs but chances is high if you indicate your needs. Recommended tips RMB 150 or above for the 2 hour body + 1 hour foot massage if it comes with H.E. otherwise you may want to offer RMB 100. I am aware that regulars would give about RMB 100 or even less even with H.E.. The masseurs do not get any basic pay and gets less than RMB 10 per hour of massage from the company so they really do depend on the tips for their living. You can let them know that you will tip them after the 3 hour massage, otherwise, it is normal for them to ask for tips after each type of massage (whether foot or body). If you prefer chub beautician masseur (those in maroon shirt uniform), try 8820. I believe his attitude is ok too (ie no black face).

Finally settled on this 20 somthing guy - seems decent enough .

Was led to a room which was smelly of urine or wC stench .

The room attendant at 4th floor is also not friendly. When she asked what massage I choose, I said chinese massage. Then she asked me to take the room near the computer/reception. While entering the room, can hear people pass by and kind of noisy. I asked to change room but she insisted no more room available. But I try to explore myself and see many empty rooms behind with a better environment. But she said I cant use the room which is for oil massage only . I think it cost more for oil. But it was not good biz that day however she seems persistent on the regulation that the chinese massage room is the fronf frow near the reception. Not flexible.

Although I was hoping that I could read about their adventures, I often do not get such privileges. Well, we all live in a busy world. There are more important things to do than to report on what they touch or how they were touched during massage sessions in Shenzhen. So I understand.

 

While I have no updates on the masseurs in XJMZ, there were a few nice episodes to report on what some clients do in the shower room. Just last weekend, a delicious looking 40+ Chinese bear had hand fun with a cub in the steam room. I was cleaning up in the shower cubicle outside and could see some movements between the two in the steam room but unfortunately, could not see the details due to the steam. One bearish BWer who was also interested in this Chinese bear and hang out in front of the mirror waiting for the bear to come out of the steam room. I guess the wait was too long as his cubby masseur is waiting for him to do his foot massage in the lounge outside, so he left before the Chinese bear exit from the steam room. The week before last, saw a specky bear in the changing room. He was endowed with one of the largest and thickest flaccid organ that I have seen for a while. More like the size that many caucasian porn actors have but on a Chinese body. Shenzhen is pretty big and massage shops is every where. If you are going just for massage and food, a day trip is OK. If you would like to also visit some bars, then maybe you want to spend a night in SZ. If you would like to try XJMZ, stay in Luohu near the train station. The train station hotel would be a good choice but there actually are many hotels near the train station. If your budget permit, there is also Shangri-la nearby. You can check/compare rates from booking.com or the regular hotel websites.

I forgot to mention that if you would like to save some money, you can actually sleep in the massage shops. If it is not too crowded, they will allow you to sleep in the massage room after your massage. If crowded, you will need to sleep on the large lounge chairs where you do your foot massage. I believe if you do 4 hours massage, there will not be extra charge for sleep overnight, but do ask the reception when you are there.

XJMZ actually do not have many chub or older sifu. They actually have more slim sifu. But if you want to try other shops, you may want to consider Yong Mei Zi and Jia Bao Chen. Both are mentioned above.

Going to Shenzhen next Sunday but will be there for about two hours only. Where can I go for a quickie massage during that two hours? I will be at the airport area. Is XJMZ very far from Shenzhen airport?

Was in XJMZ on Friday night and have 981 for my massage. 981 had been massaged me few times and I like his strong massage, very flexible and playful as well. During my foot massage I saw few bear type masseurs so I asked 981 what is their number. One caught my eye is 968 - for someone who like matual Sifu,I think he is mid 40, the other one is 901 and he is a bit younger.

981 told me that the guest can sleep over at the XJMZ 4/F too, I didn't sleep over there because I already booked my hotel in LuWu. XJMZ have a special right now, 4 hours Chinese massage for only RMB128. I prefer oil massage than Chinese massage and it is RMB198 for 1 hour foot massage + 3 hours oil massage.

 

When I left XJMZ is almost 1am, there are still a lot of people hanging around the street but they won't bother you.  A hooker approached me to offer sex, I prentend I only speak English then she change to English to girl "Fxxk", I laughed and walk away as I am very empty after 981's massage!

If you are at airport area and have only 2 hours, maybe try the massage within the airport building, but I believe they are not cheap. Ask for the price before you start. XJMZ is in town, about 45 minutes from airport by taxi.

Sorry, a deviation from the normal massage experience but I think still an experience worth sharing.

 

Near one of the the IT malls at Huaqiangbei.

 

In broad daylight, along with a covered stage and music system, there is a crowd promoting free tablets and free mobile phones. The operation is very slick - they start by intermittently 'giving away' some tablets. All of the following happens over the next 30 min to 45 mins. The host talks away and he has a young girl as a helper - she basically shows off the tablets and gives them away as per whoever the host appoints. Long story short, the crowd is pared down to about a dozen people. The crowd is then asked to show how 'dedicated' they are to receiving the 'free gifts' by either showing money or credit/atm cards. The cash is handled and kept by the host and atm cards and debited at once. I think people dont realise what is happening as it is too unbelievable. The cash is pocketed and you end up with a tablet and an older model mobile phone. Basically SGD600 is pocketed for maybe about SGD150 worth of products. Some people take the product and go - we dont know if they are victims or if they are accomplices. We got angry and asked for our money back. After much arguing, we tried involving the police. The police nearby were actually traffic police but one person was kind enough to intervene - he directed us to his boss but his boss did not want to get involved. Luckily another lady made a complain so taking advantage of the opportunity, we tagged along and started creating a scene. We were brought to a stall opposite and behind some displays, were given back our money. I dont know about my friends but I was a bit worried about being dragged off to the stall but it turned out ok - the money was handed back and it was not fake money. I think we were ok only cos there were four of us - I dont think they would have cared if there was just the one person trying to claim back money. According to the one kind traffic policeman who helped us just by being there, the scheme is quite well known.

 

So, buyer beware - especially with the offer of anything free, in China or anywhere else I think, for that matter.

 

Another scam that I suffered personally - the CD that I wanted to buy was not the CD i got. I heard some music playing, went into the shop to buy the CD. The 'new' CD was even played on their sound system, just to ensure that it was ok. When I got home, I played the CD only to find that it was a different CD.

 

So, again buyer beware.

 

Otherwise, the trip was good - have to thank 40st for his recommendation. I tried one of them and it was good. Will leave that for post for next time .

Was there on a Thursday evening and it look as if business was a bit slow - my 2 friends and I were the only people in the sitting lounge. But it might be because it was a weekday evening plus it was a bit after 9pm when we arrived.

 

The Captain, Ah Li, was friendly - one of my friends took a shine to him. Think if Ah Li did massage, the friend would have booked all 4 hours with him .

 

Thats right, there was a special, 4 hours for the price of 2 hours. Think business is on a downturn hence the special.

 

Anyway, there were only about 4 or 5 masseurs, 902 being one of them. The others numbers listed above were not available. My dear friends kindly 'gave' me 902 and selected other masseurs. All 3 of us opted for foot massages, followed by oil massages.

 

My foot massage was ok, not bad nor good. Firm enough and not painful. The body massage was great - I had sore back and shoulders muscles from carrying luggage and sleeping awkwardly and 902 did a very good job of dealing with the problem. I dont speak any Mandarin but managed to indicate that I wanted strong massage on my back and shoulders and less strong massage around my calves. He can do a very strong massage if required. Funnily enough, I thought 40st's choices would be chubs or cubs, a difference of definitions I suppose - I would categorise 902 as being stout fit - he certainly is muscly enough to deliver a strong massage. 902 is very friendly and obliging - even with me not speaking Mandarin, I think we managed to communicate. When I was looking for a masseuse, I kept looking at the black book where I wrote the numbers down. 902 did ask me about that although he was not in the room when the masseurs were being selected - do they perhaps have a closed circuit tele into that area or did the captain tell him about it? Anyway, 902 asked me about them and I told him, in my rotten Cantonese, that they were recommendations by this guy who is a SIngaporean living and working in Hong Kong and who frequents XJMC. I told him they were computer recommendations - I was not able to find a Cantonese equivalent for 'forum'. So 40st, when and if you see 902 next, you can tell him about it if you want. Perhaps knowing that he is recommended gave him more incentive for a good job? I dont think so - think he is quite diligent with his work. Ok, for those who want to know, yes 902 was 'obliging' .

The list you have must have been accumulated over the years. Some of the numbers no longer work in XJMZ. Some who left, and new masseurs may have taken over the number. So I am not sure if the 902 is the same one that I recommended some time back.

 

You are right that not every one in the list are chub. As I mentioned a few times in this thread, most of the masseurs are actually not chub. Many are slim to stout fit. Actually, not really easy to find chubby masseurs, haha.

 

If a masseur is not in the shop, he may be off duty. You could ask the attendant to call him to see if he is interested to come back to do OT. Most of them would because they work, they get money. But since they came back specially for you, try to use them for 3 hours (ie the complete package) instead of just one hour and then dismiss them.

OK I am one of the friend that went with him. Now my turn for the field report hehe. If I am not wrong, the masseur I chose was 925. A stocky tall guy from Heilongjiang China. Like what XJMZ massage said earlier, there was not much masseurs to choose from and since I was not really there to be naughty, I chose 925.

925 seems quite professional but not as friendly as 902 as we were sitting side by side during the foot massage. He didn't smile much so I was a bit hesitant to initiate conversation. However I was rather satisfied with his massage skill as he kneaded away all the soreness away from my legs when he asked me which part of my body needed more attention during the massage. I had wanted to tell him that I enjoy my massage to be concentrated on my buttock area but was too shy to say so.. Haha.

Overall I give him a 8 out of 10 for the massage skill. Would have given him 10 out of 10 if it ended with a happy ending haha.

Gave him 150rmb cash as tip as I remember 40st mentioned that they prefer cash and he seems happy. But my good friend above enjoy spoiling the market by tipping 902 200rmb or more? Haha he is just so generous lah! A more positive experience this time compared with my first visit few years ago.
