Each bus gave a different ride just like some of the rides in a theme park. You can either ride it or buy food from the driver. Got to know a stranger. I texted a new found friend to buy me a sandwich. He came. Told me no need to pay. I paid with 6 $1 coins. The stranger and I walked a long distance to look for an atm machine. By then, it was 3am. He decided to go home as he was close to his flat and would be busy in the morning. Both of us topless as we walked from one train station to another. I withdrew $40 as it would be an expensive taxi ride from Hougang to Pasir Ris. Met a friend along the way. We decided to share a cab. We walked past a police post. There was an atm machine behind it. He withdrew some cash. As we left a cark park as a shortcut to the main road, both of us dressed in police uniform. We were stopped by police officers at a roadblock at a car park exit. We were on foot. No issues, we were advised where to get a taxi. Leaving the roadblock, we were in t-shirts and shorts but not on a road. We were on rocks. We had to climb down what looked like a rocky mountain. It was not easy. We met some Bangladeshis who had waited for the right moment to go down. They tied some strings on some wooden planks to some rocks. They were kind to let us hang on to them. The rocks moved. We clinged to them. I woke up. My dream. I get asked that every now and then. Am I supposed to be flattered? Taxi drivers, clients and strangers have called me Negro. While I am flattered to be thought coming from exotic places, I take the opportunities to educate these people 'I get that all the time. The Blacks don't like to be called Negros. If you like, I am Black-Asian hehehehe' Sometimes I get people online telling me 'Never been fxxked by a black guy' when my profiles clearly state I am an Asian. When I mention I am local, they still ask me if I am from Africa or America. Aiyoh.
