Losing my way always shows me beautiful things - things that might not be beautiful to everyone. I have been dying to go to a Chinatown in Cape Town. They have a few. Googled it. Followed instructions and map closely. I failed to locate it. I am not complaining. I saw Table Mountain blanketed with clouds. Looks so peaceful. Beautiful, too. I saw a homeless old lady sitting under a highway with blanket and a thick winter jacket. Our eyes locked. My eyes smiled at her. I saw a lady asking for 1 Rand. I saw very poor people on the street. I saw young girls trying to be beautiful with the way they dressed up and the make ups they put. I saw young ladies who looked like they have resigned to their fates. I saw beautiful young girls with beautiful voices singing happily outside a fast food outlet. I saw beautiful young kids eating ice-cream and feeling happy. I saw a few young boys looked like from broken families smoking. I saw a middle age English lady with ugly black lipstick. I saw a man with a nice ass. I saw a man I kept looking till I dropped my water bottle. I saw life. I saw people. I saw beauty. I saw pain. I saw peace. I saw happiness. I saw hidden tears. I saw what I wouldn't have seen if I had not gotten lost.I had a great afternoon. And it is only 3.30pm now.I love people watching. You should do that sometime. It helps to soothe the mind and soul.
