Calculation error, 1300-260=1040, but i assume u earn double, so u save 1k, assuming ur expenses n bills is the same, 1080-40-200-100= 740, not bad expenses for entertainment lol

oops, means 500+ for entertainment, and no going out much on weekends! Hah... but sacrifices must be made >.<

and yay, got a call just now while i was in the shower saying i got the job :D

Congratulations Wolfe!! You must have impressed the interviewers by your intellect & charm! That calls for a celebration!

   Unless I am interpreting it wrong, $500 is a small family;s monthly grocery bill. Does the Y Generation require this much for entertainment and at a sacrifice some more?

Haha Wolfe, show me a man who doesn't lose steam, I'll show you someone having water retention! Try what you can and blame the rest on the devil. :D

things i need to do:

1. quickly find an affordable room to rent in the east side.

2. find a better paying job.

things i wanna do:

1. gain 10kg before new year.

2. take bike license

3. save for new york trip next year.

the 'things i wanna do' is strangely similar to mine, though the gaining weight part (over a longer time) and New York trip would probably have to wait for 2013 :o

oh, u wanna take bike license too?

where? i have problems parking the bike on mainstand. =(

yeah i think my new york trip would most prolly be in 2013...

was hoping to be able to be there next year-end.. =(

2012 will be saving for a bike license and the bike itself, and if all goes well i can get a bike when september comes around, like a birthday present for myself hehe. still trying to sort out how much to save. 6-8 months will have 3-4k for everything, probably getting a 2nd hand bike from a shop on installment plan (bike I can probably afford, insurance is another thing since sports bike + p-plate = sky high premiums, and i don't want to pour out all my money to get it at one shot and have nothing left for emergencies - this plan i will have 1 - 2k extra depending on how much i spend for lessons as well as how much downpayment i put) Edited by Wolfe
