think nowadays with PDPA, POHA etc most traditional or the platform transport providers do not allow driver's personal hp to be used 😁

Yeah agree with you on this. Taxi drivers also value their privacy, who knows where their number will end up if they are pro active in giving. If there are any issues, both parties will contact GRAB. As for the driver I met last weekend, the number he gave is a side number and he will only turn on the phone when he is working.

Usually Riders requested our phone numbers for PayNow payment instead of their stated Cash payment in the app.
