Good Advises On How To Maintain Your Body And Looks

For looks,I would use normal tissue to wipe my face from excess oil once every hour or so.If not,I would do it in the morning,afternoon,and before bedtime. I would go for a haircut every 3 weeks or so.

For body,I would eat until my stomach says it's full. Plain water is first priority for fluids for my body. Exercise for me would be aerobic,jogging or swimming; at least twice every week.

No food after 8pm. Cardio (jog/swim) 2-3 times/week. (vigorous sex also can :D ) Weights training 1-2 times/week Chicken without skin. Minimal fried food. Eat till 70% full. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

Use cleanser, toner n moisturiser ervery morning n night. Eat healthy, dun snack in between meals, no supper n no oily food. Excercize regularly n drink lots of water to detox. Go for plastic surgery if u r still not sastified with your looks. Oh if all the above fails then sign on for ADF in the army, i slim down a little during reservist, but now back to square

I would say,

  1. Working out or exercise to keep your body nice and fit
  2. Go for spa once in a while to relax / Do things that you love to do (keep those stress away)
  3. Do the skincare regime
  4. Apply body lotion
  5. Do crazy things

That's about it, well for me that is.

Maintenance is a sure good way.

Remember, a car can be scrapped or repaired. Our body has only one engine and we cannot afford to have it breaking down on us.

Diet, exercise, proper rest are the basics. As for going out under the sun, please be very generous on the sunblock on your face!

Not forgetting our mindset. It does affect our overall too.

Cleanser, Toner, Moisturizer, Tea Tree Oil. Oh ya and drinking a cup of hot green tea every morning right after waking up.

Guys, don't do tea tree oil. It's been known to contribute to breast development! :blink:

For guys must always take care of your kidney and hair (Image counts) !!

I would say those who swim should always bath first to wet your hair and body before dip into the water.... I read somewhere if you do direct into the pool, the chemical in water will damage your hair and scalp (causing early balding)......

Strong kidney will help in your sex drive as one age.....
