DriveMe Posted November 9, 2011 Report Share Posted November 9, 2011 For looks,I would use normal tissue to wipe my face from excess oil once every hour or so.If not,I would do it in the morning,afternoon,and before bedtime. I would go for a haircut every 3 weeks or so.For body,I would eat until my stomach says it's full. Plain water is first priority for fluids for my body. Eat healthy, dun snack in between meals, no supper n no oily food. Excercize regularly n drink lots of water to detox. Go for plastic surgery if u r still not sastified with your looks. Our body has only one engine and we cannot afford to have it breaking down on us.Diet, exercise, proper rest are the basics. As for going out under the sun, please be very generous on the sunblock on your face!Not forgetting our mindset. It does affect our overall too. I read somewhere if you do direct into the pool, the chemical in water will damage your hair and scalp (causing early balding)......Strong kidney will help in your sex drive as one age.....
