Pity Singapore has a ways to go before it can appear. Though there has been "cat cafes" in the past, ie, feeding points for cats.Did you know that Esplanade used to have one, as did NUS? medusa Posted May 7, 2013 Report Share Posted May 7, 2013 Hello all.. interesting topic... im an animals lover too.. especially cats.... there are something that not many people know about a cat.. they can see spirits like dog n other animals.. but cat able to chase them away... especially when someone uses magic on your house n etc, cat can tell and will do something.. and what many non cat lovers doesn't know that cat can curse n bless too... if u treat them nice n love them, they will bless u.. but if u beat or hit them, they will curse u... the word meow itself have many meaning.. though people may think cat look evil n are evil itself but not dog... if thats the case, those human being that look fierce n unfriendly are they all evil? IMO, there are almost no responsible "breeders" in Singapore, esp once you've seen the numbers of pedigree cats being dumped in the streets when they are too old. And an exhibition of photos featuring 3 long-time caregivers/fosters/rescuers will be shown. Do drop by and see if you can recognize the area (and the caregivers). And support the meows via adoption! (and yes, even pedigree cats get abandoned...) I totally agree. All my cats were either street cats or adopted. Local cats are much better to have as they are well suited to the hot climate.
