I also dont do it often but i will help message my friend whenever i too free of time to chit chat. Normally a few mins will also made my hands tired and as for an hour dont think is possible for me unless lots of break in between.

I got a Friend who can do massage very well and can teach.  He was a former Therapist.  If you have place to host on Saturdays, he can teach you and I will be the model.
