Just go for something simple like a plain t-shirt and shorts or a smart shirt with rolled up sleeves and chinos? Up to you. I saw them online! :) Edited by jeeves

It's hard to find leopard prints stuffs for men in the first place

I feel like replying "that is so gay!"

It's fashion techniques that makes you pull of something gayish as fashion, Mister. (: P.S. I do know how gay leopard prints looks like on men.

I.Need.A.Burberry,Polo.Period.

Polo Tee? Isn't it like $300 ++ at the boutique?

the male models that i dislike the most are fransisco, andrej pajic and yuri, i dunno why but i just not into them. i like benjamin eidem and clement chabernaud. but i more interested in female models, they are the real fashion.

YEAH! Clement is a true chameleon. He looks good in anything. So which female models you into?

Yeah high quality cotton. I was looking at the trench coats and they were so heavy I couldn't lift it off the rack. Haha!

Burberry Trench Coat are quite good, but I believe it's the same if you get it from LV, Gucci, etc. I got mine in Hong Kong & I love it, but really quite heavy & troublesome

I LOVE THE COLOUR! Damn nice. And it's really a steal at that price. But I still loved the SS 2011 studded trenches. :)

interesting execution of ad campaign and PR subliminal message for the Kooples, a British fashion label take on Parisian high street sartorial styling.

yeah a viable label to bring in but whether there's enough customers to sustain its high street intentions, plus its possible steep price points in Singa's retail environment is another thing to be questioned.

but visually, i do adore their pieces and the concept going around it. :thumb:

The pieces look nice but everything's gonna be pricey here. Even A&F. I heard it's so much cheaper in US than it is here. Bummer. :(

actually when i went US, i dun shop at A&F. u will tend to look at other brands like DKNY, etc which cost the same as A&F in Singapore.

When A&F come to SG, it become so much expensive than in US, but still lots of ppl r buying.

my pick for the enthralling application of colour fabrication, being nonchalantly swathed with hidden construction.

Haider Ackermann has been delivering consistency since Fall 2009.

and the obsession for Spring 2012. the light zapping notion, immaculate execution.

somehow a more light, mystic rendition of Rick Owens.

WOW ZiddyZid! Are you a fashion editor at heart? Anyway, some of my favourite collections were from Fall 2009. Thats because the economy was really in a downward spiral, motivating designers to put in their best work, despite possible poor sales.

As for Spring 2012, I really couldnt keep up with all the collections because they were gone in a JIFFY. But I thought Rick Owens and Gareth Pugh were stand out.

Thoughts on SS 2012??

Spring Summer 2012 was a train (possibly wreck) of uncertainty. Steeping in rumours, there's a shift in power in the perspective of fashion houses and their respective designers. But nonetheless, things revert back into the comforts/positivity of 1950s (read: pastels, nipped waist) reflective in Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dior and Proenza Schouler. Early 60s couture shapes were very predominant at the whims and fancy of Balenciaga and YSL.

Trends become almost mash-up of spring undercurrent or a development of last Fall/ Winter 2011 ideas. Troubled unrest in the economic world in the EU may have a part in it. Designers may likely playing it safe in terms of shapes and silhouette but technological advances in fabrication are very apparent in collections such as neoprene and tactile parachute nylon. And the sea provided resource of inspiration for the likes of Givenchy, Chanel and Versace.

Overall, fashion is moving too fast to gear towards the rising destructive hands of capitalism/ consumerism although it rest itself on these two fundamentals. There seems to be no clear distinction of trends as what it used to be in the last 4 years. Time for a shake up for the fashion houses for new blood to showcase change in direction.

Raf Simons' stellar second last effort for Jil Sander.

two of my top favourite collections based on construction.

J'ADORE Jil Sander! And what's up with Raf Simmons and Stefano Pilati leaving?! God knows what's gonna happen to Jil Sander and YSL.

Prada and Marc Jacobs were still standout collections for me. They had so much creativity and appeal. BEYOND AMAZING.
