Once got scolded by a doctor who said I should have wipe it dry before seeing him and it didn't help that day when there were 3-4 other student doctors in room observing. For my follow up appointments, I went to the toilet every few minutes to wipe dry while waiting for my turn. I think it didn't help because the more you wipe the more there is.
