Went for their foam party last Sunday - was very crowded with decently hot guys around. But 2 things made me feel the need to express my disappointment towards them:

1) Their foam party was held on the rooftop, where the tentage was set up in the middle. The entrance at one end and the exit at the other. At one point of time, the foam got so high that I almost swallowed foam. Since it was crowded and I was panacking, I rushed to the entrance (since I was nearer to it than the exit) and the staff told me that there was "no exit here" even though I told him I was almost suffocated. I shouted and threathened to sue if something went wrong. After that, a few other guys came by my side and also explained that the foam was at dangerously high levels.

2) After that, I found someone and we went into one of the rooms. Since he claimed that his bowels were not "functioning properly", we ended up having a lub JO instead. Yesterday, I found that the skin around my penis was abit dry and flaky, Something wrong with the lube perhaps?

u never follow safety rule during a foam party. u know that u are short yet u are so desperate following some fit hunk into the center of the foam and get yrself choke, and now u blame organiser.Maybe next time got any big event please do not attend.

Hey dude, no need to shout, threaten or sue lah, this is such a fun spoiler. If not happy, just leave and go to other sauna next time. But pls do not shout, threaten or sue in other saunas too. Poor staff, earning little and following instructions also got all these shit.

Your skin is flaking due to the foam, not lube. Some of us may even experience itchy and tight skin on the whole body for the next few days. I guess you are pretty new to the foam scene.

answers to your questions:

1. you r short. next time stand on a high chair so as not to get suffocated. or bring scuba diving oxygen tank and mask.

2. next time wrap your penis with plastic film or wear a condom before applying the lub, since ur penis got sensitive skin

:) Well that's a real foam party: foam foam foam, all over your head.... you should try those huge foam parties in clubs (straight or gay) and you'll see that this is just a tiny mini version of it haha.

When you go to a foam party, you should know what you're getting yourself into.... if you're claustrophobic, if you have issues breathing, asthma or what not, do not even try one.

Those foam parties have foam way past an average man's height, let's say 1m70 :) And people who attend those foam parties usually keep a t-shirt with them that they would use as a breathing mask whenever things go a bit too kray kray. Some have absolutely no problem breathing the foam in and out, no idea how they do it...

First experience can be quite traumatic indeed and the management should have all safety issues covered, meaning a hose with fresh water should someone call for help so that they can hose him down and clean the foam off his face.

And don't forget to shower well each time you leave the foam otherwise your skin is going to look like the Death Valley surface :)

It's because when the foam settles, it does become thick and gooey.... gross :)

They always need to find a right balance between airy foam and foam that stays for as long as possible so that they don't have to "replenish" => save money.

Gosh I miss those foam parties in the Summer back home lol. And I mean the straight ones.

I hope I'll be free for the next one at CC...

i think the foam is as high as 1.70m...maybe keep the  foam height  to 1.60m,Height might not  be the problem if the foam was not so dense and thick..or disappear fast ,but this recent foam omg they dun disappear,u can see them all the way down to level 2,lol i though i was walking on the clouds....thick white cluster cotton wool  type sensation..yes i do agreed the foam was really high compared to the first foam party.. i think most people dun want  to get their face or eye  fill with foam..,so keep the foam below head level since that is where the actions are hehehehe^^

The flow of foam can back-up by a wall of bodies and therefore raising its height. In fact, if you walk back in the foam, the poor guy behind will suddenly find a rising sea of foam… :)

wow cruise club was super packed last night...can hardly move in certain parts of the dark area...surprisingly for a non major event friday and considered the fact that some people dislike the light stick event and would try to avoid it...noticed that most people played safe by wearing/holding green coloured (looking for flex) light sticks...

Find cruise club management very inflexible...had a free pass today that admits entry before 5.30pm, and my phone time says its 5.29pm.they ask me to pay saying its pass 5.30. Asked them what time it was, and they replied 5.33pm

just left that free entry pass and left the place. Totally spoilt my mood today.

What makes them so sure that their system time is accurate? Cannot give a 5-10mins allowance?

Eventhough they may have a strong customer base every day streaming in, if this is hw they want to play the game, its jus a matter of time before they lose loyal customers business.

Next time wear a Rolex there and tell them your time is correct because its a superlative chronometer officially certified.

Juz came back from cruise club. It is my first visit there. I paid a $10 membership fee n got to enter for free as cadet get free entry on Sunday.

I have been to 2 different saunas in Taiwan (aniki and rainbow) and one in KL(mandimanda). There are several differences I have appreciated between saunas across different counties in terms of culture and human behavior.

I find that in Singapore somehow the crowd is more reserved and passive. Those who are more proactive are usually the not so good looking ones. Whereas in Malaysia and Taiwan, generally everyone is rather forthcoming. (*disclaimer: this is purely my personal opinion, I dun mean to make a generalization or anything, this is simply based on what I observed and what I feel)

I was there since about 3.30pm. The facilities and layout are generally ok. It is well maintained I would say. However, the number of showers is too scarce for a sauna that can accommodate up to hundreds of patrons. The level 2 dark maze is reasonably fun and exciting. However, I find the mazes in KL n Taiwan better because they are designed in the way that u have to pass through a longer stretch that is pitch black, meaning zero visibility, which is more adventurous IMHO.

However, I do like the shower area concept which the half opaque glass covering upper body of those showering, that leaves some room for wild imagination.

The crowd started building up at about 6pm. Initially I thought It was getting merrier. However, it came a point where there were simply too many ppl crowding ard the maze walkway. To the point there was no space to pass through the walkway. It was at some point annoying because there were simply too many homosapien ard, like a human traffic jam.

I also noticed there were a few cute looking ones kept cruising for several hours but to no avail. Not sure if their expectations were too high for the crowd on that day or they were not looking for action. But too me, it felt like abt at least 80% of the crowd did not get much action. This phenomenon is contrary to those in Malaysia n Taiwan. I am not sure if I am perceiving the correct scenario,

But those are deduced from what I observed. This pretty much conclude my first sauna experience in spore.

Cruise is not bad... there were days/night where most patrons are uncles and young sissies (effeminate).

but there was also one night (Tuesday i remember) where all the horny hunkies and manly SNAG (Straight natured gay men) were in the club!

it was such a fun night to me =)

Last night was first experience for me to go to gay sauna in Singapore. I chose Cruise Club. Was a bit disappointed. Guys were just either walking around or standing by in the maze. While I do understand they want to keep it dark for a sexier ambiance, but some places in the maze are too dark. I can't even see the face of guys around me or who was touching me. Thought gay sauna is where the action is. But definitely didn't see any action. Not even guys making out. If there were any, they were shut hidden in the cabins. I wonder how long do guys usually have to either stand there or walk around until they find what they're looking for. There's nothing going on in the jacuzzi or shower either. Bah!

I wonder if this is the case for all gay saunas in Singapore or is it just Cruise Club.

Pls do not be disappointed with Sg sauna scene yet, there are others worth trying.

Too bad Keybox is closed for reno till around March, or else you can try their Mon foreigners night or Tue cadets night. Then you compare with Cruise and see the difference.

Hmm, not sure if "at least 80% of the crowd did not get much action". I was there yesterday and had 2 rds of fun.

About ur pt on cute guys cruising ard for few hrs and to no avail, i wont say that i'm cute but sometimes after i'm done, i'll just stand around n the cruising area to do some crowd watching while i take a rest before i go again. Maybe this will help to explain part of the phenomenon?

Hope u will have a better experience when u visit sg sauna for the second time :)

I guess probably is my luck. Anyways, I saw someone who had uncanny resemblance with my ex-classmate. I felt extremely awkward becoz I didn't expect to bump into someone I know. How do u guys normally react to situations like that? Especially when you r not out of closet to those ard you.

I think I will try keybox when it is done with renovation. Btw, for those who were there last nite, care to share who anyone u find cute at the sauna ytd nite?? I also find those guys I saw at the club, most of them I can never imagine them to be PLU, it shows that PLU looks cannot be generalized! :D

No need to feel awkward, cos they were there for the same reason as you.

Yes many of them really do not look gay.

I was there on Sunday 7 plus to 10. It was really crowded at some point with human traffic jam. Generally there are many people looking but not approaching each other until later part of the night where everyone is more desperate.

Lol. This is a problem with too many choices. It's psychological actually. People hold off making a decision until there a fewer left to make. :)

Yes,,all in the mind. When i was there at 7 plus..i was approached by few guys in the first 30mins. Then its all dry spell for an hr plus where people just look

and seem to show interest but no action. But when i finally went in with a guy and came out at 10 plus, where the guys all starts to get desperate, i was touched by about 5 guys just from walking from room to exit.

I have noticed this trend in Singapore..its much harder to cruise when  its more crowded. So nowadays, i just go there to enjoy looking at the crowd with no expectations for the first few hours and sway to the music which is quite nice.

For crowded times, i think to get guys, you need to be more pro active unless you are super hot type where everyone swarms to you.

Gay circle especially the gay sauna is really a prime example of a meat market parade at its finest.

Stage 1

When one freshly enter a sauna and strip to his birthday suit,he will immediately be view as fresh meat by those who saw his arrival. He will likely be approach by many hungry predators.

Stage 2

When one has already have fuck and come out of the room, people will view him as touch/spoil meat already.Lol.All don't want to play with a used dick or man cunt and instead they stalk out for the next newly arrive sauna patron.

Stage 3

When it is near sauna closing time everyone will panic and become desperate.Everyone will began to lower their expectations and grab whoever they can lay their hand on.Remind me of buying sushi at counter during closing hours.

So much food analogy im feeling hungry.

Lol, I was there too on Sunday 8 to 10 pm. Dunno how to really act in a sauna. Want to touch but scared that the person might get angry if I'm not his type.

It was really tiring after sometime walking here and there without no action. But fortunately I got my catch/caught by someone and got a happy ending :).

Really want to experience sauna overseas and see how it is done.

Stop going to cruise already but had been for a few times last year. Overall I dont like the maze coz it is too dark and I cant see the people well. I rather sit at the changing room area and look ard for someone that I like. Im very picky so most of the time I just leave the club doing nth hahaha.

I think they should do a lights up night and switch on all lights so we can see clearly

And was cruising ard the maze at level 2 for several hours, when I left abt 8.30pm he was still cruising. Anyone noticed him??

Apart from the "market" value thingy going on, it is also good to learn some sauna etiquette? Haha... Know how to approach people understand and accept when you are not for them (especially with the locals or majority of the patrons).

I know the value added-ness of Cruise Club, and i urge for those people who got disappointed on the first time or even a few times to just hang around chill or just simply have fun.

I do sit at the jacuzzi and cruise around from there, nothing physical...

I ended up there yesterday night (Tuesday) and it was quite packed.... and strange thing, the lights int he maze were super bright and white, not red anymore. It was more bright towards the toilets on the 2nd level than near the entrance of the maze where I usually stand (cuz I like to see).

I didn't really walk around (was busy lol) but it was really bright haha. Is this permanent or was there a special theme? :P

Meaning they actually hire hot guys to parade ard the maze to attract customers? No wonder he didn't seem interested at anyone at all. That explains why. So his job is just to loiter ard the maze?.

I also noticed the other cute guy with boyish good looks clad in yellow private structure bikini brief with white waist band.

Maybe when you gain some experience you will realize that you cannot judge a place from ONE visit alone.  And two saunas in Taiwan and one in KL hardly make you an expert in international saunas.

I find that the public in SG saunas is exactly the same as it is everywhere else (except that I am attracted to Asians and I find the ethnic mix in SG especially nice).  More than nationality, behaviors in gay saunas depend mostly on the environment the saunas offer:  larger or smaller crowds,  dimmer or lighter areas,  clever or dumb designs of cruising areas, special events,  nude nights, foam parties,  etc.

Oh yay, here we go again with the paid models.... :)

why would any sauna bother with a paid model? you really think they have that much money to waste? and even if they did.... I don't see how that affects your cruising experience.... just focus on your own, go hunt, go scavenge, go do whatever, why be bothered by others? Rejections happen every second in those places, just get your thick skin up and enjoy your stay there.

If you go to this kind of places with all kinds of high expectations, you'll never enjoy it.

That would be such a bummer!   Like a disco with classical music, or a bar without alcohol!

The reason lights are turned low is not to favor the old and ugly in their abuse of the young and beautiful,  but to create excitement for all and help us overcome inhibitions.
