But Id rather put it this way. The risk of infection is proportional to the protection each person takes to ensure there is no transmission of bodily fluids. U can have a lot of sex. If u always play safe n always make sure u have no cuts in your mouth etc., the chances of infection r vastly reduced. Just remember - every partner u have sex with may b infected. So take all the recommended precautions.

With everything being equal, with the same probability of infection in each event, the total or compound probability is proportional to the number of events. 

Of course, if you take all the precautions and make the one-time probability zero, you can have sex a million times because a million times zero is still zero. 

 

A TOTAL protection may leave out most of the fun, but not all.  Caressing, mutual masturbation, perhaps kissing the skin but leaving out any orifice, may be close to total protection and it's better than nothing.   If one does not have any cuts in the mouth, bleeding gums,  then oral sex is mostly safe for the blood transmitted HIV. But it does not totally protect against other STDs that are less serious.

 

Having good but not total protection, and finding monogamy too boring, the best solution is to have anonymous sex infrequently. It does not have to be twice a week or more often, but it can be once or twice a month.  In between, some self-help with good porn and imagination can fill the gaps...

No, if I remember correctly you must have a membership to enter Cruise, and it has to be renewed when it expires. They ask for your name, age, and contact number. I don't remember if any other info is collected.
