He had help me twice n I m engaging him once a month for long term. Weekly (executive flat) - Sengkang General cleaning of the entire apartment. (tidying up the areas, sweeping and mopping of areas, etc) Ironing of clothes (not a lot, at most 5) Initial cleaning may require more effort. Fortnightly (5 room flat) - Geylang bahru General cleaning of the entire apartment. Been vacant since i inherit it. For the fortnightly cleaning, i reckon will be a whole day situation.
