There is unknown reason, though it could be reserved for 'interrogation' while doing your windows update.To increase your bandwidth by 20%, follow the steps below:1. Click Start > Run2. Type "gpedit.msc" - without the quotes3. In the 'Group Policy' window, under Computer Configurationa. Double click on Administrative Templatesb. Double click on Networkc. Double click on Qos Packet Schedulerd. On the right window, double click on Limit Reservable bandwidthe. A new window will popf. Check on Enabledg. Set the Bandwidth limit (%) to zero [0]h. Click Apply and Oki. Reboot your systemThis tweak works on WinXP and Win2K.
