homeboi
get it repaired at sim lim square, checked the price first before you rush into any shop.... if you have enough $, can get a lcd monitor, less power consuming, less glaring, less radiation, longer life span.... IkuTube
Hi Frogprince,Is yours CRT or LCD?Personally, I feel it is not worth to get an old monitor [i am assuming it] repaired. The minimum for workmanship is $30 - $50, without the cost for parts replacement. The price for 17" LCD is as low as $250 [for Viewsonic brand].If you can wait, there will be another PC Show end of May. oralb
quick ans againcheck whether you monitor is alright, i assume your monitor is seperate power from CPU, on and off the power, any lights come up, if no then chances of monitor failure highif got light but nothing appear, then check the connections, maybe didnt plug properly.with the price of monitor droping, not worth to fix, buy new one Quote When I Think It, I Do It, I Win It! I very scare my monitor (which is still working fine) will go down one day. I am very fond of this laptop and I suppose they can just repair or replace the screen right? Another IT idiot question. IkuTube
I suppose they can just repair or replace the screen right? You need to go back to the manufacturer to get the lcd screen changed - err, with a BIG cost Best to check with your manufacturer. ED, I am using Acer laptop too. The warranty is only for 1 year and with extended warranty it would be 3 years. After the said period, you need to pay any repair or replacement. You might check their Acer web on warranty:http://www.acer.com.sg/support/warrantyinfo.asp Quote a good oral sex makes your day, a good anal sex makes your "hole weak"

However, you might not want to sell your items there as the prices offered can be ridiculously low.Sometimes, I feel for such a miserable resale price, it is best to donate your PC to individuals/institutions. I know one is located at Jurong East. Quote a good oral sex makes your day, a good anal sex makes your "hole weak"

PC on microprocessor 286, 386, pentium 2, 3 or ?Maybe too old, they don't want too ? I remember I called one day "karung guni man' and wanted to sell my old TV and when the man arrived, he saw 'Hitachi TV?' Sorry, I don't want it, the man said I only take Sony and Toshiba, the price btwn $75-150 but no other brand. He further said if I need him to throw your old Hitachi, I had to pay him $20 disposal charge Quote a good oral sex makes your day, a good anal sex makes your "hole weak"
