HendryTan Posted July 14, 2012 Report Share Posted July 14, 2012 There is a major SAN disk (hard disk) crash at our hosting site.They are reinstalling and rebuilding the disks.They assured us no data was lost as they RAID it ( techie talk for write to 2 harddisk).In the mean time, access to database (hard disk) is slowed and hence the system load errors you guys are seening.To mitigate this, we have temporarily disabled the chat which is heavy on resources,Problem is expected to be resolved by tomorrow (Sunday).Apologies to all our readers.
