This week N.U.H. Confirmed i am infected(   not H.I.V. But its spreads by blood & anal sex ) so for the next year:

No Sex. 

                                    

According to the public health system/protocol, they checked> did i have sex the past 6 Months.

i spent an hour with a Doc in private practice, DOCTOR LEONG HOE NAM & he gave me 3 pieces of advice, his words changed my life.

                                           

my liver specialist at N.U.H. Doctor Claire did a bad job explaining my current infection so this is what Dr. Leong told me this week at the Consultation:

 

"sheez, aiyoh, Sorry to hear. Do u have any idea how you got this? 

Yes, you are in trouble. 

It means you have a virus in your body that is replicating. Your blood can spread infection from one person to another. U need to do additional blood tests. U had the disease for many mths already. So waiting an extra month won't matter very much. ***I need you to curtail all these activities strictly.*** And whoever has sex with you now, risk getting XXX too. REMEMBER!!! When u have sex u mite pick up a new strain (So> no sex) & complicate things."

 

i am not mad with Doctor Claire(NUH), in fact, when the N.E.H.R. labelling me as Gay & Partnered, i feel doctors in public Svc feel scared/sad/disgusted:

i have gd news to share, after seeing Dr. Leong i Whatsapp my D & M & sister & passed-them-doc-Leong's

                        

mobile & i told them: i am infected.

This Virus spreads thru blood & sex so my Parents don't worry about using/sharing utensils with me. 

 

the last time i had a S.T.D. 

i hide/kept it from them for 6mths =(

How to settle down? 

My virus/infection scares-the-hell

I think even if you are undetectable, it’s awkward to open up to potential non hiv person u meet.  Even if it’s  “no need to disclose”, it’s still weird. Unless it’s a ons thing, how are you going to come clean if the person eventually become a partner/bf? Anyway, just my 2 cents on this …. 
 - Blood donation is a NO go, do take note.
