personally, i do take supplementations on top of my arvs. but i just limit to taking it once a day. 

 

i've been poz for 3 years. i'm on tivicay+truvava once a day. i take them in the morning. i supplement myself with coconut oil, nigella sativa and multivits+minerals once every night. i try to keep a 10 hours difference in  between. on top of that, i also do take a gluthathione supplement twice a day (my pharmacist have confirmed that gluthathione would not affect efficacy/cause interactions) and together with digestive enzymes (had my gallbladder removed so had to add on additional enzymes)

 

as per with all else, do seek your ID specialists' and pharmacists' advice before that.

 

i started on supplements with close monitoring from my doctor and pharmacist.

I just quit dating a guy yesterday as he is stuck in his past(with all the exes). While i have a terrible history thus i am insecure. Red flag for him and i bail out. Its hard to find a relationship.. Guess its normal for any status. We are all humans and lets work hard together. Don't know what to expect but the loneliness is kicking in esp when it's hard to find fellow poz guys since there is hardly any mainstream channels. Being newly diagnosed makes it even challenging since it's not exectly working out best for me at the moment. 

 

Almost died in hospital but god gave me a second chance. So I'll just give this platform a try. Any TOP or flex <35 who is hoping to find meaningful connections (both physical or emotional) and yes I still wish for ltr. I do basic upkeeping with gym. Hope u too. If you feel that we could develop something meaningful, please hit me up.

What happen , how it happen , who cause it happen. All this just boils down to the person  upbringing on the whole.

What else left there to live life after this kind of no mercy illness. The people who is not infected will always treat poz like a dirt is best you dont even touch at all.

So my frens poz when do you come to our senses. And open to think, It so sad to read people writting in such a way been the only channel of communication and ego of poz who does not wants to bow down and reflect. Is there anything else left before the big day arrived to go to the next world .

I often feel sad cos there are people who wants to know people get stab or been tumb down before they get to know.

Let think about it. Pleased contribute positively.

I believe that post might have been directed for me. Just to share my experience.

 

So far tivicay + truvada has been the best cocktail for me.This is my third cocktail since I was diagnosed and thus far have the most successful treatment outcome. I experienced no side effects at all while on this cocktail. 

 

I buy my meds from the hospital pharmacy. I doubt generic tivicay is readily  available yet. So I can't advise on that. As I'm on Medifund, I'm paying $194/month for the cocktail. Original cost without Medifund subsidy is at $960+/month.

Thanks for your sharing it nice to hear such a feedback. My apology as not be able to address u correctly. As l was on medication assisted abt 75 percent now there cut to 50 percent just why l going around asking. This where such apps is handy so as others like us can communicate n learn thing.

i'm still on 80% subsidy, so that's why i'm getting my meds from the hospital. 

 

as i've mentioned, i'm not sure about the availability of generic tivicay. perhaps you could ask your doctor or those from the runners.
