But seriously, he caught my attention when he stretched his muscles in front of his bedroom window, standing there for quite some time and looking into my kitchen window. At that time I did not really register his sporty good looks but thought to myself that I needed to do something to my window to better protect our own privacy.

 

Now that this has happened, I think our privacy can go out the window.

 

I was not even looking at his window, but talking to my housemate while facing my kitchen window. His bedroom was only one of the few units with light turned on and window fully open at 6 am. Then he walked pass his window, probably just came out from the shower and went into his bedroom to dress up. I could even tell he was quite clean shaven down there, even though our blocks had a 20 metres distance in between us, as it was still dark outside, his bedroom light was fully turned on, windows wide open and he was right in front of his window one level down. He was quite well-endowed too

 

Phew.... i think old aunties and housewives might get a heart attack in the morning if they saw that.

 

Think I shall just treat it as part of the myriad sights of the typical HDB skyline and control my urges to be a loud and "angry" Karen about it.

 

Who knows, my surrounding neighbors might have enjoyed the sight for quite some time now and I have only just joined the party and discovered what I have been missing my whole life! I guess I shouldn't be that bad neighbour who spoils everyone's fun by complaining about it then? 🤔

Went to my laundry yard to retrieve my laundry in the dryer this morning while raining heavily. Then I saw my neighbour downstair wearing only underwear washing up at the basin. Seems like he just woke up. After that he pulled down a towel from the laundry rack and then stripped his underwear and threw it into the washing machine and went into the toilet. Not the first time seeing him doing. 40+ yo guy, quite manly.

It means BTO flats now design until very close to each other units, or facing design until others unit can see others unit clearly. Quite scary.

Doing deliveries part time to earn extra pocket money. Quite normal to see home owners in various of stage of undress. Corner units have more privacy thus some owner are either in brief and some are naked when receiving their deliveries.

Kids default are noisy and annoying. My two neighbour have young couple families with small kids, so noisy. Always play outside the corridor area, running and shouting. If i open my main door, they will come over to peep inside my house.

The distance between blocks in a condo estate and even in  current HDB estate is getting nearer. Thus, it is not difficult to encounter your neighbour naked and/or in his underwear. 

Personally, if one is in his home and he does not expose himself intentionally, that's ok.

Indeed these days, a lot more unsafe to be naked at home with windows or curtains open when blocked are so close to each others now. I remembered over 15yrs ago when visiting a friend, he greeted me completed naked to my shocking response. He claimed he been naked at home for years since he moved to his own place and he only have a thin veil like inner dust-curtain drawn. From his window I could see the opposite block right thru their open windows and there is a huge open carpark between the blocks. So I guess with the thin dust-curtain, the opposite block probably just see a shadow but can’t make out if he is nude or not.

However I still get to see some more daring folks standing in their boxers or undies while at the window either smoking or hanging clothes. Guess that still acceptable standards here.

Naked throughout. Was my first experience so was a little uncomfortable and oddward, not sure where to rest my eyes. He was extremely comfortable and for the record he was already naked before I arrived. He open the door stand by the side of the wall and only his hand reaching to unlock the padlock. From outside I didn’t realise he was naked till I stepped in (obviously in shock and shyness) 😉

Even stay highest floor if your blk is near to the opposite blk, the unit opposite can also see directly into your unit.

One of them washed both cars today. But as one of you predicted, not many do it topless. And this one (I think the younger) did it in a navy singlet.

 

Actually, apart from the noisy kids (which another of you mentioned), I did not realise how noisy their workout equipment can be.
