Situp is pretty easy for me. During NS time, i everyday at home do 60 situps non stop so during IPPT time i can practically do more than 50 situp in 1 min. Even during the final reservist year i still can managed past 50 situp per min stunning and impress everyone around me every year. Nowadays i just cut down a lot and only do 30situp non stop for only 2 times per week. But i started to introduce myself other abs exercise like leg raise, flutter kick, planking and others abs exercise which i dont know the name. I definately have more than enough muscle mass in the abs area. Now i just need to slim down a bit more to make the ab line more define. I am always dreaming of reaching this perfection status lol.
