If you are seriously keen, I can teach u the basic over a cup of coffee. Just like sharing the joy of the game. In fact, me and my kakis are so passionate about the game that even on weekdays we play sometimes after work around 8pm and then go back home after the game at 8am to change and shower then straight to work again. That is the extent of our passion for the game, sometimes it is also the catching up on the table that make the differences. Or can we just use the towels you provide?(3) Do yoga participants have privacy during the class or will non-participants who are guests able to access to area to watch the session? The mentor Tom was a very experienced yoga practitioner, first time trying out the yoga and I felt really good after that....thinking of signing up for his classes in his apartment in future.
