Try the scrub the other day, it was fantastic. I love the scrub and its really worth. Most of the scrub I had tried be it local or overseas, its always ended swiftly. But the dedicated staff really take his effort and adequate time.

However Im not sure if its the timing was bad or the crowd was really kind of thin. Went on a wkend ard 9pm and not much people were there. Almost like a ghost town. I think the new management has its charm and the place still has its potential. Just need to work on it.

Look at "SOP" earlier suggestion.

From here, all I see are you cheapskates desperately suggesting free entries. Are all these better suggestions for improvement? Nope. All the selfish suggestions so that you people don't have to pay. I've been there enough to see everything. The old staffs used to complains a lot. But from the way the new batch of staffs works and how they stuterred when questioned, obviously they are facing the same thing.

Abs should study successful model of TC.  TC was number one sauna in those days.  There were no lack of guys with good looks and nice bod.  These are ppl that can draw crowds to sauna.  I still remember their full-moon party, it always fully packed, ppl had to rub against their bods to walk the aisle.

My friend and i were deciding which sauna to go on Saturday. He went to Absolute at about 8pm on Saturday to survey the crowd (he needs to get his free renewal anyway) . The customer numbers are quite low, around 30 pax roughly. Average quality. Toilet and shower is decent..maize also decent.

Receptionist doesnt sound too enthusiastic when he pass him the free pass (he paid $26) although he is not rude also..just not friendly. As he told me number count is low, i decided to go Cruise Club. Cruise club is ok, quite crowded with mostly average quality guys. My friend left Absolute to join me at cruise 30mins later..he said Cruise quality is much better overall.

 

Given his report, i think i will wait till the maize and room is fully done up and when they have some big event to visit. But still, i will definitely want to go Absolute again in few month's time if their crowd picks up.

 

And guys, do give Absolute a chance. The management has taken time to post and communicate in the forum. Don't gun it down so fast.

 

One suggestion though, maybe the pricing for Absolute should be more competitive. Cruise has been selling the 6+2 pass for $88. Absolute pass is overall more expensive which doesn't justify it given the crowd number and smaller space.

But their staffs don't seem to have a receptive mindset. With this kind of mindset thinking that customers are out to gain monetary benefits from their downturn, it don't benefits their company in long run.

Their lazy staffs are getting things slower than normal. It this an opportunity lost to the owners. Everyday is a cost to them, from overhead to rental and utilities.

Since most of your operating cost are fixed cost (example, rental, overhead & electricity), with 30+ customers you are incurring X dollars and with 100+ customers you are somehow incurring X dollars. Do you calculation and you will get what I mean.

You are providing a service and facilities, today lost can't be bring to tomorrow sales. If you are selling a product, today can't off shelve you till can sell it tomorrow. But you can't, because you are selling a service and facilities. Understand? Don't put it to waste.

There are cobra lovers n there are young n NSF lovers... Perhaps the management cld think in the line of Young or Hung (ie cobra)... In the new theme revamp... It will draw in the crowd... Young or cobra get in free...
