Zackling
GNC HYDROXYCUT (the one with caffein version). Side effect, heart rate doubles, sweaty palm & chest pain. better to consult ur family doctor before u consume any form of fat burners. Guest Guest
Hydroxycut is old news and it's well known that people plateau off on the product after 2 months. Oxyelite Pro is good but it's getting too expensive to be worth it. The newest and most effective on the market? OxyECA! http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/lecheek-nutrition/oxyeca-60-capsules.html Because you're worth it.

Don't ever use bb.com, it's getting too way expensive.Use other websites like nutraplanet.com (which is consistently competitive) and ship using Vpost. Guest Guest
so u have used oxyelite pro b4? is it effective? and really quite strong? It's more effective than Hydroxycut for sure, makes Hydroxycut look like a useless 30% pill with fillers. But between Oxyelite Pro and OxyECA, OxyECA wins hands down - it goes further by first cleansing your bowels and system, then generating a very smooth all-day-long burning sensation. The best is you feel energised, mentally sharp and not aggravated. It also delivers results faster than Oxyelite Pro.
Guest Lao jiao
Dunno why but i always have the 'feel good' feeling for awhile after taking some fat burners. Anyway dun consume fat burners long term, always take a break for at least two months in between or best, just stop taking it once u have reached your goals.Btw i have used oxyelite pro before. The old version. The very first time first pill i took, wah can feel the 'effect'. But after about a week, not much effect anymore. But newbies shouldnt take it, it can be too strong. But old version not available anymore, now theres a new version and formula. Last time local sites like nutritionpark, nutrifirst do sell but i think oxyelite cannot be sold in sg anymore.Hydroxycut is bullshit lah. But dunno abt the others like hydroxycut hardcore or smth....again, they are not available in sg.
Guest Guest
Fat burners wont work if you just take it and dun do anything. You need to workout or do cardio for them to work. WARNING: some can be strong and you can feel dizzy if you use it for cardio.
TheVisitors
In November 12 ,Oxylite had a law case with the US government , due to a dispute over an ingredient, which causes the brain's blood vessel to circulate more blood to it, thus causes sleeplessness. However, the company won their lawsuit, and the ingredient was reinstated in the formulate. Thus you may discover there will be a batch of Oxylites, lacks this ingredient - 1-3 Dimethylamylamine - Once you take a serving of Oyxilite, you have to wait for another 5 to 6 hrs for the next serving. Oxylite is a bit passé, although it still retains its reputation as one of the top fat burner seller, because it controls the beta 2 receptor, responsible for fat storage. The lastest hot seller is Cellulor's Super HD and WS1 extreme Both works and targets differently. The latter can be taken at night before sleep.. http://cellucor.com/product/super-hd http://cellucor.com/product/ws1-extreme

I can't really say it is effective on me because I am not born fat in the first. Energy production wise it is very good. Its from the reviews and some locals here who have used it

Rem when I ordered from bodybuilding.com, some items cannot be shipped here due to certain ingredients contained inside are banned by AVA here. BTW, anyone here got experiences taking this oxyECA? Guest Guest
Tried HD Cellucor before, it didn't work for me (it was even worse than Hydroxycut!) Not only did it not burn fat, it made my system feel 'stuffed'. Not recommended. OxyECA is the best I've ever tried, but since it's so powerful, I limit my intake to one a day every morning. Guest Guest
I am lean slim but with a layer of stubborn fat around the tummy. I have been on Oxyelite Pro for 4 bottles and consistently working out, doing cardio etc, and my body is as lean as it can be except for this stubborn stomach fat. When I switched to OxyECA, I wasn't expecting much. HOWEVER, the first morning I took it, I could definitely feel a difference, increased energy and a rapid fat burning/melting sensation. Coupled with my usual cardio, my tummy now is on its way to looking smaller, leaner and more defined. I recommend OxyECA because it's the first fat burner I know which can target my stubborn stomach fat, even Oxyelite Pro couldn't! I have reduced from 67 to 64 kg too on OxyECA, but am not really looking at the scale, I am looking to maintain muscle mass and lose stomach fat at the same time. If your training is more tougher, you might actually need more sleep right? Would taking that be a problem?
junxiang
4 bottles of oxyelite pro is alot, not recommended. make sure u take a 1 month break (or more) in between new bottle.Maybe it's more for the economy of scale. a bottle of exyECA cost $15.50 while the shipping cost is $35 plus. so better to take more to save shipping cost. but if it doesn't work, then all down the drain. Guest Guest
actually E C A stack is a good old formula for fat/weight loss. i dunno the exact ingredients for OxyECA but an E C A stack is supposed to be very cheap - some companies mixed them together and marketed it to be an expensive product. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECA_stack
Guest Guest
http://www.nutraplanet.com/oxyelite-pro-infographic.html look at the side effects of oxyelite pro - erection issues in male users. this is called 'stim dick' by many. can google for it. some bodybuilding supplements can cause it as well. basically no product is perfect, may help you to lose fat but can give you side effect. thats why, dun take it long term - best to cycle it or stop using it once you reach your goals. bodybuildMLY
ECGC is an extract from green tea. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epigallocatechin_gallate Anyway, to lose the body fat, please check your diet. Have your carbs with breakfast and lunch (before 4 pm) and eat lean protein, with high fibre vegetables for dinner. Train with HIT weights and do HIIT cardio, or even moderately-high cardio 5-6 times a week. Then you can insert your fat burner. Cheers'all! bad.ass
to be precise, it's EGCGanyway, as with any other advice on this forum, plse exercise your own common sensethere are some common side effects associated with EGCG like insomnia, irritability, restlessness (sounds like a bitchy member i know here, but that's anothe story) - when taken in excess.so don't follow blindly.
