Haha hi Dashy_Boy, i don't stay in Bishan, but my recent visit to this mall gave me 2 insights: (1) u can cruise, but every toilet has a CCTV camera pointed at the entrance so anyone who enters the toilet is being recorded... as video evidence... & i imagine... their security team is constantly STARING AT THE FOOTAGE to spot any suspicious guys loitering around... (2) u can cruise, but u mite have to serve jail-time, given the demographic of this mall is mostly SECONDARY-SCHOOL-BOYS, u got catholic-high, RI & whitley secondary school... so pls think twice...
