Is It So Easy To Get Nice Bods & Abs From Exercising?

It really depends on your technique and effort.

I have hardly abs because I'm pretty lazy but at least when I shower at the onsen, I can see some abs if I don't slouch while sitting on the stool.

In my current 4th month of my fitness plan which optimises chest and back more.

yes..

its quite easy if u keep ur pace.

 

once u are lazy.

it will drag longer

that's when u find it difficult to get it

the body type u want

You sure u know what you are talking? If it is that easy just by "keeping pace", this world is full of gorgeous ppl.

Hmm, I guess it depends on the type of body you're seeking to achieve. If a simple lean body is what you're hoping for then it isn't impossible to get just by 'keeping pace'. But then again, for me, a skinny guy with abs is like a fat chick with tits, it doesn't count. Hehe. But if you're hoping to achieve a big, muscular and ripped body, it's not that easy. Needs a lot of knowledge, discipline and effort.

Beside excersing, a good diet will help you importantly.
