True Mix Blood - Hot / Cool Guys Whom Are Of Mixed Parentage

The other day, I saw an old grandma holding the hands of a little girl who was quite obviously half african, half Chinese and fetching her from some enrichment class. She was tanned, had big curly hair and yet with some distinctively Chinese features. She was so adorable and the entire scene was quite touching. I guess I am touched that even though our world would classify them as different races at first glance, they are family. I saw so much love in the grandmother's eyes.

That's the world I want to live in.

Eurasian has always been regarded as another race of its own.

So if an asian-chinese woman ever marries a white man, their child / children will be an Eurasian on the ic. :P

hmmm.. i guess it's how you look at it. Sometimes mixed blood doesn't necessarily mean that he has distinct features. he can look Asian or a particular race with no traces of his mixed heritage (like myself) :)

just my two cents worth, although i felt that this has no link at all..

Life is full of struggles.. Just gotta bear with it..

George Young is half Greek half Chinese.

George Michael (the singer ) is also half Greek and he is gay by the way. He had to come out the closet after he got arrested for soliciting at a public rest room in L.A.

I sense this thread started because of disappointment resulting from unfulfilled expectations of meeting an exotic and gorgeous creature.

When some say they are mixed-blood, they may well be stating it truthfully, although they may not look it, or look exotic.

Some people expect 'mixed blood' to mean exotic, gorgeous etc etc. But that is often a figment of our own fantasies getting the better of us. In reality, quite often it is the genes of one parent/race that may be dominant when it comes to appearance and the mixed blood child turns out looking like the dominant parent.

But who's to blame for this disappointment, the person who is truthful about his heritage, or the one having fantasies?

The moral of the story, never have expectations about anyone. Meet with an open mind. Judge by the heart. And, of course, celebrate diversity. Happy National Day!

I think Patrick Fok of Channel News Asia is just a perfect mix of brains and looks, he grew up in Hong KOng , worked in TVB hk and I find his small chinese slitty eyes yet framed in a deep set eye socket of a Cacasian very interesting, and he is also a very good at IT, an IT geek he is.

Anyone out there a fan of his, heard he is already married to another mixed heritage girl.

Thank you so much, I am so happy to see him almost everyday in the mornings, and i feel a bit sad to see his hairline gettting higher but it makes him look more man everday.

Is he married already or still sowing his wild seed all over.

Yes agree, his hairline is receding but it gives rise to another type of attractiveness.  Its part of maturity, just celebrate the new glory, the new George Clooney  in the making.

oh pls... the examples that you have provided are of people who are aesthetically pleasing.

regardless if they are truly mixed blood or otherwise.

i agree to some extent from the following's observation:

the plu community is such that if you're not attractive, no one would bother about you at all.

makes you wonder what's the topic starter's objective of this thread in the first place.

have u people noticed that MANY and people state themselves as mixed-blood in this community but they are nothing more than just pure Malay OR Indian or some even Chinese?

What are they trying to gain? What's so good about it?

Anyway, lets share pict of true mixed LGBT in SG here!

all 3 sentences there implies so much.

but here's a question... at which point would you consider a person as mixed?

would a hakka + teochew = mixed?

would you feel excited to know of a thai + chn guy?

how would you consider peranakans?

does a arab + malay guy sounds attractive to you?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malay_race does this and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethnic_Malays means the same to you?

would you believe that when we went for an expedition through taiwan, and we spoke to the village people, they spoke to us with a language similar to malay?
