It's funny how many of you refer to older guys as UNCLES. I wonder if this is Malaysian/Asian thing.

 

Asians in Asia generally do that. Refer to elderly as 'uncle' and 'auntie', ie friend's parents, etc.

It's a cultural thing.

 

In U.S. the uncles or older guys are referred to as 'daddies'. And we don't call our friend's dad 'uncle'. We refer to them using first name or Mr. 'last name'.

I think early weekend mornings at KJ pool are not busy except for the swimming lessons - though I don't know if there are any on weekends anymore.

 

I remembered going for a shower later and there was this middle aged men showering stark naked in the communal showers. Very sexy thing to do.

I know about the daddy term thing. It's just that I would hate to be called and referred to as THAT when I hit that age group.
