I just queued for less than 10 mins. If I remember correct the officer will need your boarding pass in Thailand. It took much longer for the first suitcase to arrive at the belt later on! (Nearly 45 mins) . Compared to Vietnam (where immigration clearance can take up to 1 1/2 hours (Saigon), Thailand is very fast (BKK, Krabi and Phuket). What I liked about Zen Onsen was that the steam was not even that dark or steamy. Therefore visibility is really good. It was such a turn on to watch and participate in the steam room fun there.
