At that time very few meaty masseur. However, can choose the masseur from photo album or just request among those standing outside the shops in case you like the masseur.

note that sometimes when short of staff at the Silom Soi 6 branch they will call over a guy from the main branch on Surawong. So essentially it doesn't really matter which branch you go to. Seems to me that Surawong branch has more staff lingering outside the shop for you to see, probably because Surawong road gets more foot traffic than Soi 6.

I think the "official" name is "Sun Massage" which is essentially the same as Tawan (a Thai word for the sun). Either way, it is right next door (to the left) to the Tawan gogo bar/club, so you can't miss it

By train market, I presume you mean the MaeKlong Market through which a train runs.  I think there is only one such market near Bangkok - maybe the only one such market in Thailand.

After see the menu/price list, I opted for 1 hour foot + 1 hour aromatherapy cost 950 baht and immediately request this meaty masseur that caught my attention. He has moutache and look very manly. His skin is fairer compare to other masseurs. When I enter the shop, only have another customer at the corner. Total around 20 foot massage chairs I guest. But only 2 customer at that time. This shop has both male and female masseurs to choose.

 

His foot massage is strong and good for me. For this masseur,  he worked in this shop for about 1 year. He is 32 yo and live outside Bangkok city ( where most masseurs do). As usual, I sleep during the whole foot massage session.

 

After the foot massage, I proceed with aromatherapy massage ( aroma oil massage  ). He led me to a private room where I can do shower first. He waited outside until I finish my shower. After my shower, he came in.

 

Then the massage begin. He asked me to lie down in the massage bed. I removed my towel and proceed to be massaged in nude.

 

For me, he has good massage skill, but at some point of times i think he used too much strength on my calves ( where i feel a bit painful ). He is very serious about his work. Do not try to seduce me or something where most of the maseeur do especially if we opted for oil massage 

 

I lost the "war". Eventually I initiate the question by requesting him directly if ok to provide "special" with 500 baht tips which I commonly give for other masseurs in bangkok.

 

But... probably because I initiate first and he think "this chi ko pek tak boleh tahan liao".. so he demanded 1000 baht and reject my 500 baht offer.  As my urge has gone to the top of my head, I agree to his demand to keep the "good" atmosphere in the room. Actually, Compare to the tips I normally gave to shenzhen masseur, it is more or less the same amount.

 

Cutting short...

The "special" given is very mechanical, not special at all. Very straight masseur and just try to get the job done.  I dont think 1000 baht worth the spent. So the massage ended with not so happy feeling hehe.

 

Total damage 1950 baht.

 

Suggestion for Bw friends : If you happen to visit Bangkok massage, let the masseur open mouth first to offer special service. Dont show them we need that special so much. The more we show that we need, the more possibility they will ask for the higher tips.

From time to time, we think with our dick head instead of our head lol what id do in this case is to ask what he will provide for 1k. Like u said, usually 500, for hj is reasonable. For 1k, maybe u can asked him to be naked and allow you to touch his body etc. Its up to you to nego, he might say yes or no, but hey, at least u asked lol. Since you are already paying 1k anyway, might as well try to get something more than just a hj. Though its ok to also nego on the price, like say 700, or 800. Again he might stick to 1k, or agree with 700. U wont lose anything for asking once. Since you already decide to pay 1k anyway in the  worst case scenario, i dont think itll hurt to ask one more question. If he says yes, bonus for u. If he says no, nothing to lose.

Finally I saw one meaty masseur among those masseur who laze outside the shop. It is T-massage shop instead of The Green massage.

 

After see the menu/price list, I opted for 1 hour foot + 1 hour aromatherapy cost 950 baht and immediately request this meaty masseur that caught my attention. He has moutache and look very manly. His skin is fairer compare to other masseurs. When I enter the shop, only have another customer at the corner. Total around 20 foot massage chairs I guest. But only 2 customer at that time. This shop has both male and female masseurs to choose.

 

His foot massage is strong and good for me. For this masseur,  he worked in this shop for about 1 year. He is 32 yo and live outside Bangkok city ( where most masseurs do). As usual, I sleep during the whole foot massage session.

 

After the foot massage, I proceed with aromatherapy massage ( aroma oil massage  ). He led me to a private room where I can do shower first. He waited outside until I finish my shower. After my shower, he came in.

 

Then the massage begin. He asked me to lie down in the massage bed. I removed my towel and proceed to be massaged in nude.

 

For me, he has good massage skill, but at some point of times i think he used too much strength on my calves ( where i feel a bit painful ). He is very serious about his work. Do not try to seduce me or something where most of the maseeur do especially if we opted for oil massage 

 

I lost the "war". Eventually I initiate the question by requesting him directly if ok to provide "special" with 500 baht tips which I commonly give for other masseurs in bangkok.

 

But... probably because I initiate first and he think "this chi ko pek tak boleh tahan liao".. so he demanded 1000 baht and reject my 500 baht offer.  As my urge has gone to the top of my head, I agree to his demand to keep the "good" atmosphere in the room. Actually, Compare to the tips I normally gave to shenzhen masseur, it is more or less the same amount.

 

Cutting short...

The "special" given is very mechanical, not special at all. Very straight masseur and just try to get the job done.  I dont think 1000 baht worth the spent. So the massage ended with not so happy feeling hehe.

 

Total damage 1950 baht.

 

Suggestion for Bw friends : If you happen to visit Bangkok massage, let the masseur open mouth first to offer special service. Dont show them we need that special so much. The more we show that we need, the more possibility they will ask for the higher tips.
