Not that I know of.  I checked out every floor of Zen Onsen, and I did not see any area or room that could be used for massage.  Since I could not see any area or room suitable for massage, I am quite sure such service is not available in Zen Onsen.

Thank you for the introduction to Athlete Allure.  It appears that the nearest MRT station to this hostel is Sutthisan.  I shall give it a try the next time I go to Bangkok.

yeah, while still in bangkok centre, the park is way out of the tourist paths. i would say be careful, exercise caution and dress appropriately (dont bring too many valuables, nothing flashy, fast to wear and run if needed haha)
