erection day
Hi ED, Do you have any information about the Muay Thai boxing ? Do you know where it is ? Is it near any MRT ? I always want to go there but I heard it is only in morning haha... I have no experience to share regarding live Muay Thai boxing. I walked past the lumpini stadium the first night when I stayed in Malaysia Hotel and I was out and about checking out its surrounding attraction. I can't remember if its a Tuesday or Wed night. But the taxi driver told me boxing matches only on two evenings per week- either Tues or Wed night and on Sat night. I saw many guys streaming in and out of the stadium and I hope to watch a live match one day. Should be exciting. The nearest skytrain should be Sala Daen at Silom but you have to take a short taxi ride to get there (about 5min). Nearest mrt is lumpini and the stadium is just outside the station very near Lumpini night bazaar.
Guest guest
hi can check whether allowed to bring 'guests' back to ibis hotel? need to pay extra?Dear brother,I managed to get a room at IBIS hotel at 950 bhat per day recommended by Erection day. Anyway thanks to both Erection Day and to you. The hotel is well managed, good location, new and is convenient access to all the places. I only need to pay 35 Bhat to get a cab to get to Silom or back. Taxis are abundant so there is no waiting time involve. I enjoyed my last two days' stay and is still wondering around Bangkok. Again, thanks for the help.Manhood
Alexander
hey guys, i'll be going to Bangkok on this coming monday (16th March) till Friday, below is a list a few of my must go places:Sightseeing:Temples near the Royal PalaceRoyal PalaceMassage Parlours:HeroBanana Fitness ClubAlbury ClubTomyam:SamboonYum Sap Thai ?Go-go clubs:Nothin on this yet...any recommendations? I heard most of the Go-go bars are at Soi Pratuchai, any idea how to get there?Night markets:Patpong Night MarketSuan Lum Night MarketPrathunam Night MarketShopping:ChinatownMBK PlazaCentral World PlazaPlease do give some guidance on what to add or what other must do things in Bangkok coz this is my first trip there ~ I am unable to make it to Chatuchak because I won't be there for the weekend... And....can someone describe a bit the process in a massage parlour like Hero? I am quite confused with the payment....some said that you will need to give the full payment (apprx 2000 baht for full service) in advance before proceeding to room, while some said you pay the for the massage (apprx 700baht) at the counter and you pay the boy for the extras in the room...anyone care to shed some lights ?Many many thanks in advance for helping a noob here ~~~ thanks again~~~~
erection day
Hi Alexander... the first time is also the sweetest. It's good to see that your group of three massage parlours that you intend to visit are actually located within walking distance to each other. Very clever. No, you do not have to pay anything UNTIL the massage service is done. After the massage and depending on the service, you should tip the boy the minimum sum (check this out with the mamasan before heading to the room- and it shouldn't cost more than 1000 bahts). If the service is excellent, do tip more (good service should always be rewarded). After you leave the room, just head to the reception counter and pay the massage fee (about 600-700 bahts- no need to give tip here!). Sorry, can't help you on the clubbing scene. Hope someone can help Alexander here. For shopping, Central World is just like a bigger, more expensive Singapore mall (the food outlet on the upper floors is excellent though). For more local flavour and mix, do head to Platinum Mall instead (just a short walk from Central). While you are there, walk a little further down to Pantip Plaza, their local version of our Sim Lim Square. Do have a great and safe trip and never go on a trip with anyone who promises to bring you to a 'last-day' great Thailand factory sale. They are a con. castaway
Hi Alex, For Go-go bar, there is one street behind the Silom. It is very easy to recognise it. If you go inside the small lane, there are many many Go-go bars and the boys will pull you inside their clubs ... As I remember few years ago, I went to the last one in the end of the lane. You just need to buy a bottle of beer (100 Bath) then you can watch the show. Then there will be many boys sitting around you but if you don't want, then there is no problem. Bangcock has Night market in one of the MRT station, you should not buy anything Patpong, bad quality ... As I know, Chattuchak is open whole week but not all the shops ... weekend is very crowded Hope it helps ... ===============Sometimes, the greatest journey is the distance between two people Edited March 9, 2009 by castaway Quote Sometimes, the greatest journey is the distance between two people
Alexander
Thanks Castaway for the info ~Just to double confirm, do I need to bring my passport around during my travel ? Or a copy of my passport is sufficient ? Just in case that it is very unfortunate that I got involved in a raid...ED, thanks for your advise on Patpong Night Market. Actually I see it as a tourism spot rather than a shopping venue. I was told there are more shopping venues worthy of my visit than Patpong. Thanks again guys.... please do advise more on what can I do in Bangkok, your help/advice/guide is greatly appreciated ! erection day
ED, thanks for your advise on Patpong Night Market. Actually I see it as a tourism spot rather than a shopping venue. I was told there are more shopping venues worthy of my visit than Patpong.eh... I don't think I am the one who recommended you Patpong Night Market. I hated Patpong Night market. Overpriced, full of girly bars, soliciting, noises.... yucks... but you should visit it at least once. For me, I photocopy my passport front page and keep it in my wallet. Don't need to bring IC or passport when you are out and about- you might lose them. And it can be a big headache going to the police station to report your lost. It's important to bring some identification should, choi!, something happens to you.
cock brand
Anywhere I go, normally I will lock my passport together with my air-tickets, a spare credit card and some cash in the room safe. Passport is the most important travel document and loosing it means big problem leaving the country. IC, I would carry with me in case identification is needed. You didnt mention whether you are going free & easy or package. But Alexandra, your stay in BKK is really quite short, so make full during your stay.If you wanna see live show, you can try Twilight and Burberry both at Patpong.Go to Babylon if you can and see what a good suana should look like (if you are lucky, some guys swim nude there).Dine on a riverboat at night and see BKK from another angle. So many things to do, so little time. The list goes on...........you need more than 2 weeks actually, haha. Look for the bright signboard, its upstairs. Around here is Boys Town, all go-go bars and such. Burberry is also on the same road, just opposite, also upstairs. abang
This is my (?) trip to Bangkok and the city never fails to find ways to amuse/bemuse me.This time I decided to venture into the 'unchartered' - staying in a new guest house. The place is called Lub D (sleep well in Thai). They have dormitories and single/double room. The toilets are outside of the bunks.Good location/Facilities/SecurityThe location is along Suriwong Road, about 8 mins walk to the gay district. There is a proper reception counter and a lounge area on the ground floor. It provides free wireless and the price per bed is just below 400 baht. The dorms, toilets and general area are so clean that I need to send my maid to learn from them. 4 double deck beds in each dorm - with 8 inches mattresses. Each bed comes with 2 individual power point, a big locker adjacent to the beds. There is a well-stocked DVD room too and last but not least, entry into the dorms is via electronic card.DownsideThis is a straighter than straight place... Although the toilet reminds me of Babylon's barrack (this place has nice black mosaic pieces on the walls). No chance to bring a guy back but if you are into younger Westerners.. this is heaven..Overall verdict...Wont it be nice if we can organise 8 gay guys and share a dorm all to ourselves.. I think it is much better than seeing beach whales at Hotel Malaysia. Those on a budget should consider this place as it looks more like a boutique hotel than a backpacker's place.Satisfactory level : 97%,,,,, it may be basic but it is more than adequate... abang
read more of this place in this webpage...http://www.lubd.com/Remember this is NOT a gay establishment and strictly no guest... so if you are looking forward to bringing a handsome guy back, this isnt your place. This place is more suitable for those who want to be on the thrifty side.. B375 for a bunk bed (ask for Asoke Room 1) which is the most spacious. There are many young angmo backpackers who are eye-candy.... :whistle:Side note:I went to Pattaya and Bangkok for 6 nights and guess what, I had no urge for sex at all....Even though I was tempted to go to Chakran and Babylon, I went for .......................SHOPPING THERAPY instead. My current fave place is PLATINUM MALL, a better place to go then the weekend market. This is basically a wholesale centre and if you are not fussy, you can get better deals than at MBK. I bought a faux leather bag for B250, phone pouch for B200... condiments at TOPS Supermarket etc.MBK still scores high when it comes to phone accessories.. I bought a DC-phone charger with 2 different connectors for B180. Of course, I could have brought the price down but the man at the counter was so pleasant... yes, I am anotherguy who likes to buy from better looking shop assistant...My overtall expenditure including airfare and accomodation for this 7 days and 6 nights trip came out to slightly below S$500. This includes all my transportation by BTS, tuk-tuk and buses from the airport to Pattaya (Bell Travel was a good provider for this sector for B200.. they send you straight to the hotel in Pattaya), my shopping and the final duty-free in Singapore using Thai bahts.... PM me if you want to know more on how to move around in Bangkok cheaply..--------------One more tip for the budget conscious:If you are alone and only if you are not carrying a lot of heavy bags, try taking the public buses.Take the FREE shuttle bus (from Level 1) to the public bus terminal. From there, board bus 552. The fare to On Nut (read as On Noot) is B32. This is the first/last sky train station. Alight here and march into TESCO-LOTUS to do buy your toiletries (they have a whole wall of mini-size shampoo and body wash), underwear (B18 each, disposed after one wear!) and FBT shorts (B60 to B99) and T-shirts (B99-B199). So you should only bring along NOTHING as everything is so inexpensive here!Dont forget to have a plate of PIG TROTTERS rice at the food court there... it serves the cheapest (B35) plate in an air-conditioned environment.BTS.... well if you, are like me, dislike carrying too many coins, then a good thing is to buy a BTS Smart Card - very much like our EZ card. The validity is 2 years from the last top up and since we visit Bangkok that often, it comes in handy. cock brand
Thanks Abang for the info. After looking at the LubD website, I think this place is really quite value for money. Its new, tastefully furnished and the location is convenient.A double room is only S$72. whereas a twin with double decker is $54.Will try the double room with my friend when going next month. Alexander
yo, just got back from Bangkok and am here writting a review even before I am taking my bath ~! Very unfortunate due to time constraint and people-oriented issues, I was only able to visit one joint, which is Hero~ Initially I planned to visit Banana Fitness club first, then Hero the next day perhaps... but I was there early, at 1:30pm...because that was the only time I was able to sneak out for an hour or two... I arrived at Banana Fitness Club, but it was closed, then I walked up to Hero. I saw a few guys walking out from Hero, I walked in and inquired. Apparently they are not opened till 3am, but I did get a good glimpse on the guys lying down in the gym.I went back shopping at Platinum Plaza, and was able to sneak out at 4pm again... havin a great glimpse earlier, I went to Hero instead of Banana Fitness Club. Due to time constraint again, I sat down for about 10mins, then asked for papasan. I asked the papasan to recommend a queen with good or decent massage skill but he said he is only able to describe or explain further when I make my choice ie pinpoint the guy... made my choice in 10mins, he took 10mins to prepare, then went to room. Undressed, and bath. his dick is of average size, but definitely larger than mine....his massage was only so-so...he was trying to arouse me by sliding his dick along my ass crack and back...but I felt nothing coz it felt like a cold sausage sliding at my back...he asked me to turn around, and start massaging through my legs, thighs, then abdomen and chest, lastly my dick...he capped me and gave me a blowjob....i was feeling nothing from his suction through the condom....then he asked me whether I am top or bottom, I answered top...then he applied some lube on my capped dick and around his ass hole, then he start riding me...throughout the whole process, his dick was not hard at all....maybe that was his 'duty' or routine....finished in 1omins...got off the bed, then bath...he said is done...even with around 20mins left... went to counter, paid 600baht for the massage, then tip the boy 1000baht for service...I left the place...kinda disappointed... abang
The bus trip from Ekamai (E3) station to Pattaya bus station costs around B118 and it takes about 2 hours.Tooth whitening.. depends on service and quality.I mentioned about Pattaya because the clinic is situated in the new mal, Central Festival and it is offering good deals.Actually many other cities/towns within Thailand have many such dental clinics. But the price at Pattaya was the lowest quoted to me... eric6363
In Pattaya, go to DongTan beach in Jomtien beach, the gay section near to the Rabbit Resort. (We actually stayed in one of the small hotels on DongTan beach, really nice.)Choose any deck chair, sit for the whole day, 20 bahts (or thereabouts).Vendors will come and offer you fruit, food, manicure, pedicure, massage, etc. all at dirt cheap prices. You can order drinks from the people who are looking after the section of deck chair that you are sitting on.At night, go to the main town area, and look for the walking street. There are numerous seafood restaurants. There are also shopping malls in the main town area, facing the beach. We had a wonderful dinner in Zen Japanese restaurant, on the top floor of one of the shopping malls.Additional info is here: http://www.dragoncastle.net/jomtien.shtml Edited April 29, 2009 by eric6363
nd5275
Hiya, does anyone know of any massage places which have decent (massage) beds / rooms, instead of some hole-in-the-wall tiny room which you can barely move around in? Been to Hero before, and it was so squeezy...

Its in a bungalow building, very well furnished and has a large menu (of massage / therapy etc) for you to select. :thumb: No hanky panky, but I did meet a very nice chap there Go to www.healthlandspa.com for more info. Guest -manliman-
A couple of yrs back, i visited Pattaya when Jetstair flew there. I stayed at Rabbit Resort. Very nice place with open air swimming pool. The owner is one ang mo lady who married a thai guy. There are beach masseur peddling their service. I did see one fair and hunky and handsome guy offering massage but he was so full booked. There are surprisingly a lot of russian tourist there too. I took the motorbike taxis too in the early morning. It was thrilling. Btw, it's safe in Pattaya beach in terms of natural disaster. Remember the tsunami? I was there during that period but bec its located at Siam bay, it is sheltered from those tremour. I was had the best foot reflex by some lady who uses those wooden sticks at the downtown area. Some drag queen purposely knock onto me and tried to get fresh. Luckily, im not into those type.
