Dr Bear has no extra service. Extra service depends on the feel of the masseur? I went there 4 times, only once has extra. Nevertheless, it's the best massage I have in a long time. Higher quality than many of the rest. If you prefer extra over massage, maybe some other places but if you value massage then head for Dr Bear, you may get a surprise haha

As zzzzzzzz correctly says, Dr. Bear technically doesn't provide extras, unless the chemistry between the individual masseur and the customer entices him to do it ;-) Having said that, Dr. Bear's specialty, the organ 2 massage, is a massage of penis, testicles and surrounding areas which is not intended to, but may lead you to cum. So, it's pretty close ;-)

Furthermore, you can specify areas needing special attention and the pressure you you's like to be applied. Makes for very customized and individual massages. Every better shop should have this, so practical. 

 

Anyway, I have never had any problems just showing up, but then again given that they are a very small shop it may not hurt to call in advance.

at a "normal" massage without extras you can tip anywhere between 50 and 200. 50 maybe more for a 1 hour foot massage, 200 for a longer oil or thai massage. Depends on how long the massage was and how satisfied you are. Technically, you don't HAVE to tip, but they don't make much money so will always e appreciated and if the service was good, why not? At Dr. Bear with the organ-2 I'd tip on the higher end, coz it's unique and they do it well. At the Prime I have tipped one masseur well above 200 several times, because he is so outstandingly good. So as you can see, it all depends, no fixed rules (like in the USA).

 

The "going rate" for a hand job at a normal, legit massage shop is 500.  The gay shops have minimum tips, so there it is easy anyway.

see R3 Sauna's map and location direction how to get there, Dr. Bear is about 50m from R3 to the right (when standing in front of R3 facing it). The directions may look complicated with all the pictures, but it is actually very easy. Only 2or 3 minutes from the MRT station (Fortune Town exit).

Not sure about the best time, probably evening around 7pm or so, or maybe even later given that it is the weekend. Small towel actually means naked, but you get a very small towel that you cannot wrap around you, just hold it in your hand and use it to cover yourself (if you want to). No underwear allowed.

Pantip is more for computers, not so much phones. MBK has a whole floor (I think the 4th, but not sure, but doesn't matter as you can't miss it) dedicated to phones. A friend of mine got his iPhone screen replaced there recently, I think it cost 3000 or 4000 Baht.

 

Dr. Bear has their own signature massage called Ob-Oon, which is specifically advertised as being sensual. It doesn't include HE, but you can of course add the organ 2 (manhood) massage, which can easily lead you to cum if you allow it.

 

Another place not well known is Spa Bangkok at Silom Plaza (near BTS Chong Nonsi), which is technically a members-only spa, but they give visitors a (free, I think) 5 day membership. Also, they have some offers promotions for tourists. See www.spabangkok.net They have 3 locations, the most convenient for the visitor is the one in Silom I mentioned above. Maybe in your situation you get the most to gain from going in a nude night and realize the importance to have a body you don't feel ashamed of.

 

Unless you are very old or sick you should have a chance to improve your appearance if you don't like how you look now. It is your choice if you want to put in the effort it takes to improve.  Maybe a good motivator is to see what you are missing if you don't.
