Hi, mind telling me what went wrong with Nicky? Nicky is only helping out to mann the counter temporary.

 

Since you asked.

Nicky of ATM was to return an amount of RM220 (an alteration in package plus my change) to me, he didn't. My masseur hadn't arrive, so I decided to wait for Nicky to realize it. No avail. When I finally did ask for my money, he returned them without a word or a gesture of apology. He was either 1) Bad in Math or 2) Scattered Brain or 3) Dishonest. More importantly, he was definitely too proud to apologize. I have more on why I call him a fucker but I think the last story should suffice.

Kenzo was much friendlier and customer-oriented in the days when he was the counter boy.

Can't agree more. Why Chris made Nicky the counter person is beyond me.

We are sorry to hear of your unpleasant encounter, we will talk to Nicky about this and advise him to be more sensitive when dealing with customers. Our full-time staff manning the counter is Desmond, other than that, you should see Chris as well. It is only during times when both are not around, someone will be asked to stand-in for a while. We will be mindful to brief them about the importance of good customer service.

Went to HTS yesterday afternoon, Patrick was very sweet and attentive, He explain the menu to me in details and he did a footbath for me personally and offer me a glass of red wine to relax when the knew I was the first timer.

 

At the same time had a lucky draw for free aromal oil for my massage. I ask for Roy or JC for my massage but they are unavailable as he told me for this 2 hot guys advance booking is needed... a bit diapppointed.. Patrick recommended me Toni from Vietnam, a hunky sweet inoccent looking boy name Toni.

 

Toni show me the way to our massage room, when we reach our massage room and after our undress, Toni show me the way to the shower and he waited outside the shower till I finish my shower. When we back to the massage room before he starts to do his massage, I told him I prefer a hard massage.

 

His massage skill is so so have a lot of room to improve and too gentle for my likeing but his stretching skill is good, his arousing skill is even better, he makes me so horny when he massage my dick balls & ass till I moaned for joy or till I cannot take it, he know the right time to stop and contiune do other part of my bodys and come back to aroused me again and again.

 

He start to ask me if I want extra service and I ask him how much he charge, He ask for RM150, we bargain for a while and aroused me even more till I finalling gave in to his request... I went to JB on last 2 week short trip for relaxing a bit, and decided to go Artemis for massage. When I first step in, their counter ppl is change a new face but can't remember his name. He has started introduce me the masseurs and their package. First I bit shocked they have adjusted the price and the counter told me that they have come out with the new promotion package. Then I have no choice and choose for the package with scrub service. I still remember they have such a lousy scrub in shower room after the massage. So when I put my belonging in my locker and one of cute and charming guy lead me to a individual room and told me he will manage the scrub for me. I bit surprise. Then I just found actually he is the only one beautician in that center, his name called VIC. Then he starting my scrub treatment with face and head lymph massage. He is very professional with his treatment. He choose the lavender essential oil for my face and head massage, then his scrub treatment totally change my old mind, is combine with the lymph massage for full body scrub treatment. Is really amazing and good performance. Is totally give me a new concept. I strongly recommended if anyone go there, should try this new treatment. He really done a good job.

And Nicky just replied, deadpan, "Boss not around" If there is an award for the rudest bochap receptionist, he wins hands down. Tashi boy, how was he professional in your case?

HTS should improve its noise insulation between rooms.

Jr should renovate its shower room
