Ask without thinking is as good as Say without thinking. Imagine, someone say "Fxxx yr Mxxx", can I say its purely not thinking? hence, no dis-respectful at all?! I consider its an irresponsible act.

This case, it's similar, the question from Another Guest sounds like as if the masseur, besides doing massage and also provide Extras by "Default".

If it's a gossip talk, do it privately. He (Another Guest) would have asked tactfully in the public. e.g. "Can someone PM me if you have tried Uncle Keong before". If someone does respond, He can ask whatever question he likes discreetly"

Moreover, You also do not know when "Another Guest" asked this question, what was in his head? It can be anything.

Hi Diamond goers...im here just to highlight some events happened in Diamond

My 2 mature, professional friends and I was in Diamond & we realised that the towels are smelly & stained! How can this happening in Diamond?!

We were disgusted by what we saw in Diamond:

1. After using the mouth wash, one of the guests spit back into the bottle after he rinsed his mouth....YUCKS! Complained to the 'reception' uncle & was told that he will change to a 'new' bottle soon...still sitting there watching DVD.

2. The steam room was stinko, seems like they do not clean it, unlike before.

3. Folks, do u realised that the water in the sauna pool is 'green' in colour? Not becoz of the chemical. Its becoz they do not drained the water & wash the pool. They kept added chemical day after day!!

4. I went to the back alley, dark rooms...to my horror!!! Most of the rooms are filled up with sperms & i almost throw up becoz of the smell.

5. Do u realised the 'reception' uncle luv to go to the back alley as an excused by calling our 'tag' numbers for massage?! He just want to have a peep & see any other actions happening. The other 2 staffs are much better, they do not do such things, they just 'shouted' for the numbers & did not even step across the line. That should be the way.

6. New Diamond managment, we found out only 1 owner & the rest are just workers(pretending to be share holders) Do Not know how to control/advise their staffs that after work, they are only allowed to take showers & not more than that. They can go & have 'fun' if they want to only when their having a 'day off.

7. Anyways, what they promised to some of 'us' are just empty promises I mean the 'workers'.

*8. Pls take note: there are 2 guys, 1 young & 1 mature 'couple' in diamond...Pls look at the back of their bodies & toes carefully...cracked skin & rashes at the lower part of the body...we presumed that both of them are having a same 'disease'.

9. We really appreciate the 'home' cook food provided.

10. Most of the messeurs are quite good & they too know how to behave.

11. That was the last time, we are not going to Diamond again until they do some changes to the above matter...we found out that most of them are very upset & have gone crusing at some shopping centres.

dont suffer in silence go up to that guest and reprimanded him...

even if you dont wish to do so, go up to the basin, take the mouth wash, and pour it down the basin in front of the asshole. if the reception uncle asked, tell him what happen!

u know what i gathered the info? the pool water they used is actually from the fire hosereel, and from what i know water from fire hosereel is actually either rain water or industrail water..i really do not know what effects that will have on humans body. I just know its AGAINST the LAW. careful..

Due to lesser crowd and higher rent...I certainly don't want to see that happen. I really enjoy Diamond but it's not clean and well managed any more.

Dear Diamond Management, please make Diamond an elderly friendly sauna. Give discount to above 55 yr to encourage them to come. Do away the food since it's not nice anymore, instead just sell pastry or instand noodle to save cost. Make sure place is clean and not slippery and more important... clean and fragrance tower.

I am just a customer and left with no choice, I just go to another sauna to have fun.

I had a back rub by Alex but sorry to say AH YAp did give a better session and i felt really cleaned after his session but not for alex and i did tell him about it and hope he improves as he seem to be a very nice guy.
