Exercise Regimen: I work out at the gym four or five times a week. I focus on two muscle groups, and I do more weightlifting exercises and minimal cardiovascular workouts. Every other morning, I do a variety of abdominal exercises before I start my day. I do the exercises in increasing repetitions.

 

Diet: My meals consist mainly of chicken, tofu, steak and fish. I hardly take any sugar or fried food. I take carbohydrates only at the weekend. If I have to snack, I choose almond nuts or fruit. I also drink a lot of water throughout the day and take my vitamin supplements.

Exercise Regimen: On weekdays, I lift weights and work on different parts of my body each time. On Saturdays, I do cardio exercises like going on the treadmill, cycling, or drumming practice. Sunday is my rest day. I also coach drumming five days a week. For each day's workout, I adopt a hungry mentality and keep pushing myself to achieve my targets set.

 

Diet: I try to eat clean and healthy and track my macronutrients - that is - the calories of carbohydrates, proteins and fats that I eat. Nearing a bodybuilding competition, I cook and prepare six meals a day for myself. I used to drink bubble tea daily but I now cut out all junk food and sweet drinks from my diet. Once a month, I have a cheat meal of fast food.

Exercise Regimen: I work out in the gym three times a week, and each time I choose two body parts to work on. For cardio, I run five to eight km once a week and swim for 45 minutes each time. I do a variety of sports to test my limits, such as water polo, CrossFit and cycling.

 

Diet: I believe in having a balanced diet. My sources of protein include baked beans, tofu, chicken, fish and almonds. I have small snacks in between my major meals over the course of the day. My favourite shake is to blend one scoop of egg white, two tablespoonfuls of peanut butter, a portion of fruit and two scoops of protein powder. I avoid high-sugar content food and all forms of processed food.

Exercise Regimen: I have been doing high-intensity interval training for about a year, and it has worked wonders for my physique. I do Amrap (as many rounds as possible) sets with body weight as I can go at my own pace and still achieve maximum effectiveness.

 

Diet: For breakfast, I have wholemeal bread with peanut butter, cereal, or scrambled eggs. For lunch and dinner, I'll get creative with ways to my chicken breast, salmon, greens, and brown rice.

Exercise Regimen: I train in the gym about six days a week for 1 1/2 hours each time. I do CrossFit - a combination of Olympic lifting, gymnastics and powerlifting a - which trains strength, endurance and agility. I also do a bit of yoga for 30-45 minutes daily to improve my flexibility and mobility, as well as to de-stress and wind down.

 

Diet: I've been a vegan for five years. My goal is to break down misconceptions that we need animal products to be lean, healthy and strong. I always drink a big glass of water with a pinch of lemon juice when I wake up. Breakfast is usually a smoothie that consists of bananas, spinach, chia seeds, coconut water, Himalayan sea salt and  hemp seeds. I believe in eating good and clean plant-based food like rice, vegetables, chickpeas, kidney beans, tofu.

He can be a role model judging from his dedication to work out, 6 days a week with complex training, and his vegan diet  (not that everyone needs to be a vegan).

If one can criticize anything, it could be the silly tattoo on his navel and his forced smile from not letting the face relax enough.

He could be more ripped if he ate meat. The protein in veggies typically come with a lot of carb, so it's harder to lean out on such a diet.

Exercise Regimen: I attend pro wrestling training two o three times a week, focusing on individual-based drills like rolls and bumps (also known as break-falls) and the fluidity of choreographed wrestling sequences. I also do weight training five times a week and have at least one day dedicated to cardio training.

 

Diet: I always eat the standard three meals a day and sometimes have light refreshments in between. I have five whole eggs for breakfast, followed by a more protein-rich lunch and dinner, with either chicken or fish. I favour pasta instead of rice as the carbohydrates it contains are more complex. Typically I avoid foods that are oily or sugary during the weekdays, and only allow myself to enjoy them during the weekends when I'm taking a break from all the training.

Exercise Regimen: I do resistance (weight) training three times a week, covering every muscle group from legs to shoulders, chest, back, arms and core. I also do cardiovascular training twice a week - a mixture of brisk walking, speed running and swimming.

 

Diet: I practice a 90/10 rule of eating whole foods 90 per cent of the time and "informed" food choices for the other 10 per cent. I prefer a well-balanced diet which does not contain fried or processed food or a high amount of added sugar. Growing up, I used to enjoy junk and packaged foods from convenience stores. Foods that I eat on a regular basis are chicken, fish, vegetables, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds and carbohydrates (multi-grains, white rice and sweet potato). One practice that I adopt when having food that is less beneficial is to exercise portion control and share it with my family and friends.
