I supplement it with a 5x5 strength training programme. Besides working out, I also surf and play soccer. Diet: I fast intermittently for my diet by drinking a lot of water, skipping breakfast and eating a late lunch followed by an early dinner. In between my eating window, I consume balanced meals favouring a more ketogenic approach with healthy fats, lower in carbs but high in protein and fibre. I stay away from sugar and refined carbohydrates. Edited November 11, 2018 by sphere New image hosting site Quote Happy - is what we should be, always. sphere
Sunday Times Hot Bod (11 March 2018) PAUL LEE, 57 SELF-EMPLOYED Height: 1.76m Weight: 73kg Exercise Regimen: Since young, I've always enjoyed running and jogging. I would take part in various runs just for fun. Two years ago, I injured my right knee, which required surgery. It took me two months to recover and rehabilitate. Since then, I have found a freelance personal trainer, who has helped my recovery. My knee is stronger now and almost fully recovered, which has enabled me to resume my passion for jogging. I also do high-intensity interval training. Diet: I used to eat a lot of junk food. But with the help of my personal trainer, I have cut back. It was worth the sacrifice - I lost 12kg over 10 months. Now, I stick to a diet of fish, chicken breast, brown rice and vegetables. Edited November 11, 2018 by sphere New image hosting site Quote Happy - is what we should be, always.
