Hey guys, I am a boxer guy since I could remember. In fact, during my secondary school days, most of the time, I went commando. I still do that sometimes nowadays (haha, some friends told me that's why I have low hanging balls - see previous reply to thread) Had this discussion many a times with my buddies and most of them prefers to wear form fitting underwear more than loose fitting ones. I for one opt for the later. Most told me that most straights prefer boxers but I am not straight and am gay, so does that make me a underwear-type minority in the gay circle? And does wearing loose-fitted underwear gives you lower hanging balls? Please enlighten... cheers

It is a personal preference I think. I pretty much wear every style of underwear, depending on weather and what activity I am doing.

Dun think it's true.

At times when I'm relaxed, my balls hang lower.

But at times when I'm showering or immersed in a pool of water, be it hot or cold, the sac kinda shrunk.

I really do think that it has got to do with your physical condition at that point of time.

I have both boxers and briefs.

But I don't quite like those loose boxers.

Look kinda baggy to me and not much difference from shorts.

So I would prefer those fitting boxers or boxer briefs, wear them when sleep.

Esp the inner part of my left thigh, which develops rashes rather easily if it's too damp and in contact with fabric for a long time. That's when I would wear boxers when I go for work or go outside.

Briefs for me. Since I move around a lot, I need something that keeps my package in place, otherwise I'd have to keep adjusting. I like sports briefs that are not too tight.

If loose boxers, I find excess fabric makes it very hot, then sometimes make my foreskin ride up, and it keeps shifting position, very uncomfortable.

I totally agreed with chelseasian, qedcwc and jjkk - i have different underwear for different occasion. Basically not something overly tight. I have seen guys in super tight underwear, which i think it's unhealthy for your balls and dick. Yes, low hanging balls or not, subjected to weather/climate condition.

yes, i had a relatively down-pointing dick when i was young, like about 80 degs, and had been pointing at 12 o'clock and wearing briefs since i was 11, so the angle gradually improved to point up quite abit, now its more than 100 degrees!

Yes I do agree that the 'family' men tend to depend on their mothers and wives to get underwear for them but us, we depend on our budget. Most of the time, we splurge a little more. I believe vanity is part of our lifestyles and we certainly dont want to be caught wearing those 'cheaper' ones.

Moreover we are likely to be more selective when it comes to colour and cutting. Those 3-in-a-box ones simply have the ugliest design. The material used are likely to be slightly more inferior. They dont seem to give sufficient support too!

I start wearing loose boxers about 5 years ago and I have not stopped. Sometimes I wear briefs, I do like those type of tango briefs (the ones with just those rubber on the sides and no textile), but after a while I would feel like I can't breathe and my head feels like they are going to explode.
