Thankfully he was free. He lives directly opposite Marsling MRT, so it really convenient for people going via public transport. The massage is really good, and it's split into 3 parts. The hot stone and hot oil massage is the winner and it's really different. he found a way to ensure the heat is maintained consistently, never a point where you feel it cooling down. Sports massage equipped with massage gun (it’s a “wow” from me), I’ve to say it really brings massage to another level, the vibration reaches deep tissues and I feel much lighter afterwards. Chivas has a firm pressure and warm hands, making the oil massage very enjoyable. He constantly checks whether the pressure is acceptable/good for me, big Plus. Aparts, I love the head and neck massage, it’s so relaxing~ The entire massage session is heavenly and thoroughly enjoyable, oh boy I wish it could be longer! Shower available before and after massage, bathroom is very clean, fresh towels are provided. It takes 1 hr for me to travel to Marsiling, but I’m glad that the trip is totally worth it! The place is literally across from Marsiling mrt station. I had my own transport today but it was clear when i was at the traffic lights. Chivas is one masseur that does not rush. After he greeted me downstairs and brought me up to his place, he sat me down and gave me water, and chatted until I was calm and relaxed from the rush of travelling. Then I went for a shower and the massage began. That would have been about 20 mins or so by then. This was already different from other masseurs which generally start almost immediately when the client arrives as time is important to them. Stretching, acu pressure, hot stones, hot oil, head massage.. there was a variety of massages covered in that time and it was great, I have not tried anything like this before. Special call out to the hot stones and hot oil segment, very different experience. He also did not watch the time and made sure I felt like a special guest until the end and customer service was key for him. Of course, his skills were great. The style is not long, slow strokes type, but the pressing was targeted and deliberate at problem areas (it’s functional!), and I do feel a lot better in my back and shoulders after the session. I appreciate the comprehensive experience I had, it felt like a homely yet indulgent Me time. Thank you and I will visit again. I must say I haven't been to Chivas for a very long time and I was hesitant whether he could help relieve the strained shoulder. He didn't disappoint. I booked it pretty last minute at the wee hours in the morning & he replied to confirm booking for 1030am. Communication with him was easy, friendly & accomodative! Arrived at his apartment then he led me to the massage room & had a chat to know about my pain areas to ensure he tackles the right areas. His massage was really good & I can tell that he have the skills as he combined dry massage, Stretching, Hot Oile Stone Massage & Oil massage all together. My favourite was the hot stones and hot oil massage. Chivas checked in on the pressure and honestly I almost dozed off. The soreness and tension really went away. id say that Chivas really knows his stuff and his experience really shows. I’d highly recommend him for massages.
